Set about three quarters of a mile from the shrine in Walsingham is a well laid out accommodation. From parking in the car park to the front door are areas of plants to welcome you. It is very modern inside with all the luxuries you would need for a relaxing break. Downstairs is a large lounge which is comfortably furnished...

I have stayed at Reeds Barn on numerous occasions and I am never disappointed. The level of customer care, attention to detail and quality of the rooms is second to none. TI look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to both family and business users.

Our first stay at Reeds Barn and it certainly won’t be our last! Right from the outset we were made to feel at home - after a two hour journey we were welcomed by Fiona who within a few minutes of our arrival brought us a pot of tea and cake which we enjoyed in the very comfortable lounge. Reeds...

I stayed in March with my husband and two friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. The whole place is stunning to look at but did have a few issues. To begin with a temporary manager was in place who was a disaster in every sense. I have been contacted by the owner of Reeds Barn who tells me that the...

The barn and rooms looked lovely and a very warm welcome from Sarah {but didn't last}. Shortly after settling in we noticed many faults, to many to mention. Our room was freezing and so drafty, no extra bedding offered so got a blanket from our car. bed broken. The breakfast was a little disappointing after reading some of the reviews...

We have just got back for a three night stay at Reeds Barn. It was everything we hoped for and more. Everything about it is quality. We weren't brave enough to try the outdoor pool but the sauna was lovely as is the comfortable lounge, complete with log fire. Everywhere is tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and tidy. We loved everything...

The accommodation was excellent, our room, the lounge and sauna very relaxing. Lorraine was the perfect host and catered for our every need. She was happy to suggest and book local pubs and restaurants and made sure the fire was still blazing on our return. Tea and cake was served on arrival. I can highly recommend Reeds Barn and thank...

I visited Reeds Barnsley with my friend last weekend. It looked lovely online, but it is even lovelier in reality. What a fantastic place. We stayed in the room on the ground floor which overlooked the pool and garden. Tea Pig tea bags and Nespresso coffee set the tone. The room is large with a nice bathroom. There is a...

We stayed at Reeds Barn for two nights in early January. The weather was cold and blustery. Reeds Barn was the perfect place to be at this time of year. It was warm, cosy and luxurious. Lorraine is wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. This really is a great b and b and I can...

This was my 2nd stay in 3 years as I was visiting my mum who lives locally. This trip was a flying visit from Canada and was just as comfortable as my first visit. Booking is super easy and Fiona, the owner got back to me really quickly to confirm my booking. Lorraine (the resident housekeeper / Manager- sorry if...
