Recommend this campsite to families, couples or people on there own. This campsite is in the perfect location, pitches are spacious with electric hook up.

Electric hook up isnt always on your pitch so would recommend at least a 25mm wire hook up or extension we didnt have a long enough cable with 10mm hook up and had to go to a local camping shop and purchase an electronic hook up at £20.

Facilities are fantastic and the views are fantastic, my partner did fishing on the pond and caught alot of little trench which he was happy with. Steps straight onto the beach and only 15 minute walk beach front way.

Nice carboot next to campsite on sundays, ice cream van visits be ideal to have a fish and chip van or pizza van but not sure if this is something normally offered when covid wasn’t around.

The park is clean and nice for children

5 night stay. Easy to book and friendly staff. Great location with a fantastic view. Large pitch’s and grass is looked after. Toilets are mediocre, I found them cramped. Shower cubicle is also on the small side. Also take a torch if you go for a late evening sit down, the lights are timed, I arrived and committed to my business When the lights went out, luckily for me another camper came in and reactivated the timer. Cleaner guy is a bit odd too. Friendly, with a element of rude, this morning’s ablutions, I had the pleasure of him walking in to the shower area saying “c**t’s”. Personally I think the shower block was in reasonable condition for first thing, felt like he was referring to every customer including myself that used them the previous night. He also comes and bothers people about 0930 on there last day. Just to make sure your packing up. Apart from that he’s ok. Washing up area is clean, but lacks a working light for late evening washing up.
Play area is great for kids of all ages and the campsite it’s self is. Shame the steps to the beach are unserviceable, but that’s understandable. Definitely will use this site again if I was to revisit this area.

Extreme weather ,very high winds and all in all very challenging weather could have ruined our 4day break on this cliff top site .
We were unable to pitch our airbeam tent ,even with the fantastic help from several other campers, the strong winds defeated us. We were seriously considering returning home or trying to go and buy a small tent to pitch until the winds died down ( which they never did ) Along came Colin ,the site manager to our rescue . He lent us his tent, basically pitched it for us and even trusted us to pack it all and leave it with someone else as he was himself going to be away . Colin saved our weekend ,which we had looked forward too having been COVID cancelled in May......
Despite all these challenges we found the site extremely friendly , good location for walking to Sherringham, or along cliff top path to West Runton to good village pub.
We will definitely return ,hopefully to enjoy a better weather forecast .

This is a lovely site, family and dog friendly. The facilities are clean. There isn’t a shop on site, which means you have to drive or walk to get food. The best thing about the site is the steps to the beach, you can usually access the beach directly via the site. Unfortunately on our visit the steps were closed as they were unsafe. This was a real disappointment as the nearest beach is a 15-20 minutes walk and not ideal with small children. There is no indication of when the steps will be fixed so I would check with the site before booking if you would like to access the beach.

We have used this campsite for many years pre-covid and loved it. Best of all was the beautiful beach on the doorstep. Imagine our disappointment that access to the beach from the campsite (wooden steps) is closed due to cliff erosion. Nearest access to beach is East Runton - 15 minute walk away. This campsite not ideal for families with young children as that’s quite a trek to get to a beach - although driving to a beach is an option, the car parks are all ones that you need to pay to park. We wont be back due to this as we have an elderly dog that struggled with the 30 min round trip to the nearest beach. Plenty of other campsites with beach access closer than this offers.

Really impressed with this campsite. The view is outstanding, right on the cliff top overlooking the sea. The shower blocks are average with not a lot of room to move in a cubicle but nice hot shower made up for it. Plenty of access to washing up facilities and fresh water. About 10 mins drive to Cromer and plenty of walks around. Would def stay again.

on arrival we went to reception and were welcomed by a young dark haired lady who couldn't have been more polite, after explaining the details of the site we went to find our pitch !.we found our pitch easily but doubted it was ours as it was stunning ! we set upon a very spacious pitch with ease .The view from the pitch was stunning to say the least.every thing on this site was perfect and the facilities were spotlessly clean ,the site was also very well maintained and for the first time in years we weren't haunted by the dull thud of footballs so the pitch was well marshalled too. towards the end of the week a gentleman called Colin made himself known to us what a friendly polite person thankyou ,the only very slight downside to a site of this size NO SHOP ! not even for the basics ie milk, bread but oh well didn't spoil our stay in the least .We had a brilliant stay so thank you to all concerned !! would we stay again ?A MASSIVE YES

I found this park on Google maps while looking down the coast.
I decided to book a few nights camping.
There is Sheringham which is a 20 minute walk away which has shops, pubs and a nice bit of history to it.
West Rutland a ten minute walk away which is a nice little village and has a store and a nice pub.
The site is clean, has incredible views, especially of the sunsets.
Unfortunately the steps for the beach access need to be rebuilt because it’s a good 15 minute walk to the closest.
Pitches could do with a bit of levelling, had a few holes under our tent.
Also the site could do with a shop, if not just for the essentials.

We booked in fairly last minute, it was £25 for a tent grass pitch. Shower and toilet facilities were great, and it was wonderful to wake up to a view of the sea. There was a coffee/food truck onsite which we didn’t know about, I’m not sure how regular this is but it was a nice touch! We would have brought less food if we had known. Friendly reception staff!

A lovely campsite, we were placed with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Facilities were kept clean and were spacious. You don't expect luxury while camping, but this was as close as one could expect. There were lovely scenes of rabbits around too! It's quite close to Sheringham, at least a half an hour walking distance to Tesco.
Me and my family enjoyed staying here very much.
