Everything about Balai Isabel is great. Lets start from the entrance guard who was so courteous and welcoming. To the people in the front desk Liezel who accommodated us by 12noon. The place is serene and simply magnificent with the view of Taal volcano. The infinity pool is huge and the restaurant is reasonably priced plus jamming with the guitarist....

Had a very good stay in this place. Club Balai Isabel is too big to be crowded. It has 4 swimming pools to accomodate every guests who loves to dip! Their staff are very kind and attentive. Aside from bonding with friends this is also a perfect place for a family get together.😊

Philippine hospitality is alive at this resort - from the front desk, the security guards, room staff, waiters and waitresses...only spoiler was the lack of soundproofing in the room. Still a great experience and definitely worth coming back to...

we had an amazing stay in this place when we held our team-building activities. it has a vast garden space (fronting the magnificent taal lake) where we conducted our races and an enticing swimming pool where the finish line was situated. our tummies were filled heartily with great food and we slept soundly in our comfy beds inside our cozy...

It was one of the best vacations my husband and i had. Food was good & reasonably priced. All, and i mean ALL the staff were courteous, friendly & helpful. The location is just right. Not too far from the City. Pools were inviting. Taal Lake view, especially during sunset, is just picturesque. I like that their Souvenier Shop had...

If you value cleanliness like i do, then brace yourself... When they say you get what your money's worth... Balai Isabel adressed this quote by showing you 4k+ worth of garbage?
