Four Australian tourists were booked into Burnt House Farm by our travel agent and this is a lovely traditional two storey farm with a few suprises. Firstly the hosts Carmen and Steve go out of their way to make you feel at home, great breakfasts and good conversation. The best thing about the stay was we were offered a newly...

We were working in the area for 5-6 weeks and thankfully we found this little gem. Our workmen couldn't have asked for more. Carmen the owner was most helpful, attentive and thoughtful person (our guys were working nights and checking in/out at strange times) The cottage/cabin and rooms were immaculate, no complaints at all. We would not hesitate to recommend...

I stayed 2 nights with my granddaughter ( aged 3). We were made to feel very welcome and part of the family... Played in the pool during the morning, in the garden with the dogs and chickens... Enjoyed watching the pony and horse.... So lovely. The room was cosy and had a goodnight sleep. Tasty breakfast and just felt like...

Our family of four had a lovely time here. Carmen made us feel very welcome and she was very obliging of our special request (we needed to store a speedway bike, as my son was riding at nearby Sometset Rebels) On the first night we had trouble working the television (our fault) and Carmen happily sorted it out for us...

I stayed here for three nights while exploring the area. The room was comfortable (great bed) and quiet. Carmen was very helpful and served a great breakfast. You can get a good dinner at either of the two inns in Mark, just ten minutes walk away. The best part was being greeted by two very friendly dogs when I arrived!...

We were at a family wedding in Blackford on Friday and were fortunate to stay at this amazing B&B for 2 nights. We were made to feel so welcome, the breakfasts were delicious the beds very comfortable, and we were treated as if we were VIPs. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back

We are a family of four going to devon for 9 days, but wanted to break up the journey a bit. We had never stayed in this kind of B&B before, but decided to try it for a couple of nights. I must say that we would definately do this again. The rooms were comfortable, and Carmen was more than...
