I found this gem of a boutique hotel following a Google search and after having read the excellent reviews on trip advisor. I needed to find accommodation for my first two nights in St Martin and I am glad I found Villa Jwi Lavi. This is a small establishment with 5 rooms. The owners live on the premises as well. They are very responsive, helpful and hospitable. The place is really a Villa with a lovely lounge/breakfast area by the pool. I enjoyed having breakfast there both mornings. The room (passion) was spacious, tasteful decorated with a minimalist flair and was super clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well both nights. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. I enjoyed lounging there in the early mornings and the late afternoons listening to the sounds of nature and taking in the views and the island breeze. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the rain shower head was a delight. The Villa is located in a residential community. There are a couple of restaurants that are within walking distance. Orient Bay beach is only a 7 min car ride away.…

I highly recommend Villa Jwi Lavi for a quiet, romantic getaway to St. Martin. The owners (a couple with two young kids) are extremely friendly and helpful and were extremely communicative before and during my stay via WhatsApp. Continental breakfast (including delicious homemade croissants) is included, and the rooms are beautiful and have plenty of space. This was a perfect home base for a stay on my favorite island!

Villa Jwi Lavi Boutique lies on a beautiful spot on the French part of the Island. Although facilities liek restaurants and a supermarkter are close to the hotel, a rental car is advised to move around. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they speak both English and French. The rooms are very new and cleaned every day. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely incredible place to relax and enjoy. Rooms are extremely clean, owners go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. Villa is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed watching the stars from our own private deck in the evening. We had fresh croissants, fruit, and juice for breakfast on the poolside deck, the view is fantastic. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy a longer stay. Thank you for your great hospitality!

This property i found it on Internet, they have only 5 rooms +1 swimming heated pool+breakfast area Parking Just outside the property. 1. Location : the best. Going to orient Beach, grand case, driving time within 15 minute 2. The room? Big enough with a terrace and seaview. Nothing fancy 3. Environment : it's hidden in a residential area, very quiet at night. No any noise 4. The owner cyrill, warm and helpful He knows very well this island, a human Google The only inconvenience is to find This propery at First time. There are no sign posted on the main road, however, when you find MANO WELL on the wall,. Then you just go inside turn left, approx 100 meter you will arrive. Villa Jwi Lavi is true to its name... this wonderful luxury boutique hotel which will make you enjoy life from moment you step your foot into it. The hotel is wonderful, clean, modern, airy and very peaceful. It is located perfectly, a short drive away from orient and grand case beaches as well as restaurants, cute shops and supermarkets. The views from the room are spectacular and the owners are fabulous. The cherry on top is the delicious breakfast every morning and really good coffee. My husband and I fell in love with St. Martin and this hotel. We had traveled the world and this place feels like home away from home. The comfort, beauty and peaceful nature pull you in like gravity... we for sure will be back. Also we probably never slept better than here, the combination of all this place had to offer is perfection.…

My husband and I needed a place to stay one night before we checked into our time share. The Villa Jwi Lavi was lovely and I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel in Cul de Sac. The accommodations are beautiful and so clean! The pictures on booking.com are accurate. It’s exactly what we expected. The hosts Cyril & Marie-Julie are so kind. This a family run hotel and the family lives on the premises providing you with breakfast and coffee in the morning. I would love to bring my boys back! The room we stayed in had a view of their pool, and in the distance you can see the ocean and St Barts. There is plenty of parking and the area is very safe and quiet. We loved sitting by the pool although the balcony to our room was equally as lovely. We drive from the airport and had to use google maps to find the location. If you aren’t familiar with the French side I recommend printing off the directions or using google maps to get here. We got lost a few times but called the owner and he guided us here.
