Just popped in after a run in the car for pub lunch which was very good with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly. We didn't stop overnight but the pub looked very clean and toilets very modern and updated

Went here for lunch and found the place to be very nice indeed. The barman was very welcoming and the pub had a nice atmosphere despite being fairly quiet. The menu has some good selections and there are specials too. We skipped starters and went straight to the mains. Our selections of steak and ale pie and a tasty and...

Lovely country pub nice staff and an excellent meal for fair price. Well worth a break stop if you are in the area. We were visiting Longframlington Gardens so we were well peckish by late afternoon. Had the Steak and Ale Pie, well satisfied.

Visited recently with friends, second to none, lovely friendly staff, amazing food & gorgeous surroundings. 100% recommended!! Can't wait to go again, best meal I've had in ages. Not to mention the resident ghost who decided to move the wine glass across the table!!

A lovely little place to stay. Great atmosphere in the public areas. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Breakfast was very well cooked. Stayed because we were attending a nearby Wedding. Wished we could have spent more time here!

I stayed at the Village Inn in Longframlington in June 2016 for 3 nights. On the first night I stayed in a single room with an en-suite shower and toilet. The room was adequate with a small TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite was basic and could probably do with a new shower as it kept cutting...

Went here last Sunday with family. The soup starters that two of us ha were wonderful. The pate that the other two had was excellent. The carvery was so good. Not a plateful of slip like you tend to get at certain places but a beautifully prepared meal with great veg which wasn't over cooked and beef, lamb or pork...

Local produce presented really well in this friendly pub. Everything we had was good and well priced, lots of different rooms to eat in to suit different tastes, including a bar with sport on TV. There are rooms as well of you want to stay over.

My sister from the States came to visit us just for a few days at the end of May. We decided to take her to Northumberland and The Village Inn is in a good base within easy reach to Alnwick and the seaside. The bedrooms were recently renovated and were very clean and tidy. The best thing is we were...
