I think your question has come to me instead of the lady who wrote the review ,but this is lovely because it means that I got to read your comments of support for what we are doing in Byrness. 99.9% of the time I really love my job but it is very true when people say that you can`t please all of the people all of the time and I try hard not to let the odd one upset me.
