No one on reception when we arrived so had to ring bell twice. Room and bathroom shabby, nothing like pics on booking.com. Walls only had lining paper and there were holes and marks all over where pictures had been hanging. Saving grace was pub attached had a great play area which kept our son entertained for hours and food and...

A Very unimpressed. The tap water was totally undrinkable, strong smell similar to sewage which left a pink ring around the sink. Housekeeping diabolical....

We stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and food was lovely. Breakfast was good filled us up for the day. Staff were lovely and polite. The function room had a party on the night but this did not interfere with service in restaurant or bar. Will return on my next visit to clevedon.

Room was clean enough and beds were very comfortable. Kettle and tea bits in room. All staff I spoke to were very nice and welcoming. Had a...

Having waited 30 minutes. I enquired where my order was. On its way was the reply 2mins. No apology . Considering I saw 8 staff standing around , HmmmmmmI could not understand why I was still waiting. When food arrived gravy was very lumpy and piled up. Sent it back then got another pie with gravy slightly better. But the...
