We stayed here in a family room, 1 double bed, 2 singles with ensuite. Room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pub is family friendly with high chairs and indoor play area for small children. Have already booked to stay again. For a 2 star hotel it was fantastic. Thank you to all the...

We stayed for one night on the way to Devon. The best thing about the hotel is that the room was very spacious. However that's about the only thing going for it. Decor is very old-fashioned, the room was dark and dingy and could do with freshening up. The en-suite was actually dirty, with scum / dust around the bath....

We were here to stay for 1 night and had booked a family room. We were given 2 rooms, a double and twin. Thankfully our daughter are old enough to stay on their own in a room but could have been a problem had they been younger. Our double room was ok, a bit tired but generally clean. The twin...

Stayed at the Bridge for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful given the conditions they have to work in. This hotel must of been built at the same time as the TV Crossroads hotel. 1970's wallpaper ceiling tiles hanging down and badly water stained in the downstairs corridor. Our room had wall paper hanging off rusty shower...

After being stuck in diverted traffic for 2 hours we came across this little gem. Large bar and restaurant area plus separate kids area where families can dine. Great selection of very reasonable priced meals with daily offers. Left refreshed and full.

We had a family room for the night on the way to our holiday destination in Cornwall. Really impressed with the size of the room - the beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. We ate in the attached restaurant for dinner and breakfast the following morning. The dinner was great value and the evening staff were...

Called the hotel and manager a number of time and she proceeds to keep putting the phone down on me!! Wouldn't recommend...

Over night stay here with bicycles. We were very impressed with the staff here as we were able to bring the bikes into the bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Breakfast was good but just make sure you book your breakfast at the time of booking for ease.

On arrival dealt with quickly and pleasantly. Upon entering room looked tired and a little bit grubby. As walked away from cupboard heater fell off the wall as we were meeting family no time to fuss just mentioned it to reception as leaving for family get together. She asked if I wanted it mended to which I said it was...
