We spent two nights here. The views are out of this world and the site is wonderful. As for the rest, I will clearly not return to this property. We booked a suite for 2 nights. At the hefty price of 600 €/night (yes 600 €/night), you would imagine that you would get a decent service. We were barely acknowledged, barely looked after. Service is sketchy and inexperienced at best (even though friendly at times, albeit at a minimum level) When you think that this price in any other hotel often comes with great amenities (or even a private butler), the service we got was that of a 3* hotel. Not to mention that I am a Diamond Accor member and that was also the last of their concern (but Accor is great at telling its most valued customers that they have no care in the world for them). Next time I return to Le Conquet, I might stop there for a drink. I will certainly not stay here again.

The Mgallery Sainte Barbe hotel & Spa is a really nice place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights. We were welcomed by a friendly, professional and smiling receptionist. Before our stay, I was in contact with Emily and Charlotte who were as well, very helpful and nice. We booked for a Superior room as they have an awsome view. I previously asked for a corner room facing the sea which I was pleased to get even if the room was not completely ready when we arrived at 3:15pm, we didn’t have to wait for long. When we entered the room, we were flabbergasted by the breathtaking view overlooking the ocean. The room and bathroom were very clean. It is modern and welcoming with touches reminding the ocean. The breakfast is complete and tasty. Waiteresses are also very effective. The breakfast takes place at the hotel bar which is as well a very enjoyable place to have a drink watching the water. Waiters are professional and kind. We had a lunch at the hotel’s restaurant which here again, is a nice place. The value for money is pretty good as the food was very tasty. The staff was very effective and welcoming as well. Also, we booked for free for 30 minutes at the hotel spa which contains a jacuzzi and a sauna which are enjoyable. We had a massage which was very well done and pleasant. A truly relaxing moment still with a beautiful view. During our stayover, the room was perfectly and fastly done so thanks to the maids. I wanted to thanks Mathilde for her professionalisms, her dedication and the help she gave us mostly because she didn’t had to do anything but she did, which definitely was the extra touch of this place, as you don’t find helpful and friendly staff everywhere. Finally we would say that the Sainte Barbe hotel is a very nice place to stay, welcoming and classy where everyone is always ready to help. It was a nice getaway. Thank you to all the staff.

The world is devastated by the Covid-19 pandemic and most of the tourism industries suffered including this lovely hotel : Sainte-Barbe Hotel & Spa Le Conquet. It is well located, surrounding by the marina, hiking trails, nature and "magnifique" view of Atlantic Ocean! Due to the Government guidelines to help minimise the risks of spreading Coronavirus, all the employees of the hotel need to wear masks. Front desk / Reception: Upon arrival, we received a warmth welcome from the receptionists. The check-in process went so smooth. One of the lady then accompany us to present the hotel, lounge, facilities and etc. She even guide us to the room #106. This is the real M Gallery touch by Sofitel! Room: The hotel offered an upgraded room. Room with breathtaking views obviously! Spacious with a balcony. Equipped with coffee machine, free WiFi and free mineral water. The bathroom is modern, Phytomer amenities, shower with adjustable temperature. Breakfast: Variety choices. Freshly squeeze fruit juices. French pastries and don't forget to try the local Kouign-Amann. SPA: Well maintained, modern with jacuzzi and sauna. Need to book for jacuzzi and sauna session due to the sanitary regulations. Unfortunately, no fitness room but you can go for a jogging outside if the weather permitted :) Rooftop Bar: Convivial bar, cozy. You can feel like a suspended ambiance between the sea and the blue sky. Infinity view of sunset... Overall: Highly recommended. All staffs are very friendly and they do Smile!! Even with the mask on! Good job!

We had planned to stay here for two nights. However, at the last minute we were informed that members of the G7 parliamentary delegation would be staying at the hotel and that the following day the area would be in virtual shut-down. So we decided to leave after one night. Otherwise we would have loved to have completed our stay here. The hotel is brand new and simple but beautifully furnished. It commands a prometary right on the sea with unobstructed views of the water. You will not be needing a wave machine to help you sleep at night! Lovely soft beds. Only criticism was that our room was a little on the small side and also the fact that we had to leave early due to the G7. Easy and free parking next to the hotel. Great area for walking and a few good foodie options in town.

We stayed here one night and don’t regret it. We had a suite, private room for the kids (sofa bed) with pocket doors. The view was even better for the kids! Staff were very friendly, and hotel was very clean. As someone else said before the only issue they have is the dirty windows but I think they could rectify this before season started?! Perhaps I underestimate the task! For me what makes this hotel great is it’s location beside a lovely little village which had an excellent market on the Tuesday morning, art exposition, and a great buzz. The beach is literally next door to hotel and was amazing, and no one there even though it’s August! My daughter went for a swim, yes it was freezing but she said it was refreshing. Unfortunately the restaurant in hotel was booked up so we went to a fantastic little place called the Passerelle for dinner and would highly recommend it. It’s only a stroll away from hotel. There is so much to do and see in this area we should have stayed longer. Rooftop is a must, I was surprised the bar was closed as it was a beautiful day in August, they could have had refreshments there for people. Strange. My business cap was on and I was thinking they could be making a fortune on drinks! I didn’t get to use their Spa but next time. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.
