We stayed 5 nights in the Berries and Blossoms cabin and loved every minute! It was spacious and very clean with a kichenette perfect for us to make breakfasts and quick meals. The countryside is gorgeous with the Mantanuska Glacier easily seen from the porch! Colleen and Dwight are wonderful hosts and will meet your every need. The Grandview Cafe...

Largest bathroom in a cabin I have ever seen. All the amenities you will need (or not) blow dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee beans, a grinder and coffee pot! Beautiful and private setting. The owners are very welcoming and hospitable. Expect the best pancakes ever and smoothie! Yummy biscotti. Shower warning- My son was second in the shower and said...

Thank you for your comments, which allowed us to look into why there was not enough hot water, as it is a 50 gallon hot water heater. A simple fix was to turn up the heat, which solved the problem, as there have been no more complaints. We work very hard to insure a perfect stay, but if we dont...

This cabin was so cute and cozy. The views were amazing!! Watching the mountain tops turn pink at 11pm from the deck was incredible. Also was able to get some snacks and do laundry at the GrandView Cafe right around the corner. There was also a really nice, short hiking trail behind the cafe that led to a scenic lookout...

We were greeted with friendly smiles and shown the location of the little cabin, Tundra Rose. It was clean and comfortable. The heater (automatic gas stove that looks like a wood stove with real flames) kept us toasty and comfortable. The unit was a bit of a walk down from the parking area but it was wonderfully quiet and the...

We are happy to hear you were greeted warmly and enjoyed the Glacier View area. The Tundra Rose cottage is located down a path that is approximately 100 feet from the parking spot, which allows for a quiet and private stay. We say on our FAQ page that we have walked more than this distance from many a hotel lobby...

We stayed overnight in two of the cottages (Tundra Rose and Glacier Overlook). The cabins were immaculate and were well stocked. The location and view were amazing along with the decor in the cabins. We could see the Matanuska glacier from our kitchen tables and enjoyed the feeling of being out in the woods (although just off the main road)....

Our group of three ladies stayed at the Tundra Rose earlier this week for one night. We were on a drive along the Glenn Highway and this was the perfect location geographically. We loved our Berries and Blossoms Suite. It was very clean, had one queen bed and two twins - 2 bedrooms. There was also a refrigerator, a selection...

Beautiful place. Great view. Cute cabins with great attention to every detail. There was a small snafu at check-in but they were very apologetic and they corrected the problem to my complete satisfaction. I really liked thus place. Great location for the glacier. Only a couple minor issues: There was a no-bug candle on the porch but no obvious way...

We stayed at the Tundra Rose Cottage on our road trip around Alaska. The setting is like a landscape painting. The reservation process was easy and the check in was smooth and friendly. The cottage was perfectly Alaskan with everything we needed. On the deck, wine in the evening and coffee in the morning while looking at the mountains and...

Imagine sitting in front of a picture window sipping a cup of coffee made from freshly ground beans provided by the owner. The gas logs in the corner of the cabin keep you toasty as you gaze at a postcard perfect view of the Matanuska Glacier. You are in a wooded setting yet the cabin has all the modern amenities....

This was by far the absolute best place we had stayed on our trip in Alaska. Our cabin had wonderful views of the glacier and was so private that it felt that we were alone. The staff was exceptional and the restaurant had a excellent veggie burger... Right up my alley. Great romantic cabin.
