We booked our December stay here after browsing a beautiful website , it was terribly disappointing the facilities don't look anything like the pictures the bathroom facilities are terrible and we're not cleaned once during our stay, there was only hot water once , the communal kitchen is disgusting and on leaving early the staff (very friendly but no proper...

The place is a dump, it's dirty and dilapidated. We decided to brave a shower after a strenuous 9 hour trip from Johannesburg as the bathroom is in a shocking state only to find no hot water as the plumber forgot to switch it back on ,said the staff. The rooms are basic and neat but dirty if closely inspected....

Apologies for inconvenience the place had been flooded and we had done our best to try and get the room ready as soon as possible. Including the plumbing. There was a fully equipped kitchen inside the house with new cutlery that was available for guests use. With regards to the bed,as soon as we got the complaint a new mattress was purchased...

The place himself is realy beautifull and the women that in charge of the maintenance is realy nice. But there are few things that warent enough. First of all we had no hot water on the nearest showers so we had to use the dorms showers instead. They had no wifi for the time we stayed there. As a self...

Took my girlfriend to secret spot so we could hang out on the beach explore the area and do some surfing. I don't expect too much from them because it is a backpackers but I've been to a few and this one is a little more dirty than the others. It was a fun, cute place to crash. They don't...

Tents themself are ok, but the communal facilities need serious clean. Lot of dogs on the premises, most of which have flees. Except for the beach, there is not much to do here. They can arrange a shuttle for example to the mall, but this is very expensive.

One night stay. Very basic accomodations. Kitchen was gross as no one did their dishes (result of their clientele). When I asked for soap and a dish towel the cleaning lady asked me if the pile of dirty dishes and clogged sink were my doing. Internet is accessible only from the pool/outside bar area. It was very fast but unfortunately,...

Stayed here recently for the second time, great setup and location just up the hill from the beach. Lady on reception seemed very easy going and friendly on arrival. Great setup with self catering kitchen by the pool & bar, with all the utensils/plates etc you could possibly need. Wasn't informed about the WiFi, but didn't expect any going on...

Brilliant resort. Wonderful clean cabins. Awesome breakfast. Great bar and poolside area. Charley, Dee and the team couldn't have been more welcoming. And most importantly, great surf! Charley organised our whole epic surf tour up to Mozambique; taking in the breaks around Durban and up to Punta!

I was meant to stay there for 2 nights but only stayed 1(I stayed wit a friend after that). The backpackers has a great setup and location. Staff is friendly and made us feel at home upon arrival. At times you had to look for staff if you had a question and the wifi is only available at the main...

A great place to plug into the local environment, and strongly recommend a surf lesson with Charles - he is quiet and unassuming but knows what he is talking about. The owners extended every courtesy to me and other guests, including drinks with mates on one evening, and are otherwise just there to help. The rooms etc were all as...
