Stayed here on a two day visit to the area. The owners made us feel very welcome. Room was spotless as were the common areas. The hotel had been refurbished and reopened last October 2016. Breakfast was plentiful and the evening meals were excellent with a good selection of wines. If we are in the area we would stay here again.

L'hotel de l'Avenue is under new management and we found that it has actually improved. Amazingly the prices have been reduced. We had a small two room suite on the first floor (Room One) which was very comfortable indeed. Our dinner comprised a heavenly veloute de courgettes followed by a tasty beef ragout with raviole. A very good breakfast with...

Annot was an ideal location for us as it is mid-way along the spectacular "train de provence" route from Nice to Digne-les-Bains, so giving us easy rail access to all the other places of interest (like Entrevaux) along the line; and this hotel was only a few minutes walk from the station. But it's not just about the location :...

Wanted a short break in the arriere pays and chose Annot because it was on the train line so easy to get to. The hotel is lovely, small rooms but well appointed. Buffet breakfast at 8€ was good and dinner was excellent!

The room was clean, pretty and very confortable. The bathroom had just a little fault: there wasn't the shower curtain, so we created a little lake, but nothing serious. A strategic location to start visiting Verdon!

Great hotel located in this very beautiful location. Room was a good size for two people, great shower room with powerful hot shower and toiletries included. Restaurant downstairs serves fantastic food. We ate there for both dinner and breakfast the next morning and the meal was fantastic. Hotel is centrally located and there is free parking just across the street....

Lovely little hotel, very clean and well managed. The food is simply splendid! Stayed here for 3 nights while on a field trip and will definitely recommend it. The only downside is the size of the shower cubicle which was rather small but very manageable.

This is a small hotel with 9 rooms in the village of Annot. The rooms are of modern design. We have booked an extra large room, knowing that in France hotel rooms are rather tiny. In fact this room was probably less than 200 sq foot and by definition not “extra large”. Even a writing desk could not be accommodated;...

We stumbled across this hotel while searching for accommodation not too far from Le Gorge du Verdon. It is located close to the main road and was easy to find. There were parking spaces in the street opposite the hotel. We were greated very friendly upon arrival and given a room on the second floor with a lovely view of...
