Great location - you do not need to look for nice places to visit in Tuscany, you simply stay and live in one. This castle village had everything we needed - tasteful restaurant, small bar for "cornetti" and even a perfect grocery shop. Wonderful pool and a proximity to sea offer a good variety of options for sunny days... Not...

The setting was really like a fairy tale. The staff was competent and very friendly, spoke English beautifully, a huge help even though I do my best to speak a bit of Italian. The rooms were on the cooler side in April, but lovely for sleeping. Our days were spent walking in the area and driving to the sea through...

This is a perfect place to spend a couple of days, far away from civilization. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can choose your room from a few of them. We stayed at L'Atessa - 3 bedroom apartment with spacious livingroom and a kitchen. Apartment nicely prepared with style and taste - you still feel the medieval atmosphere. Step...

The drive up the road to the villa is enchanting. The staff and residents are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our first night we were invited to the Saturday night pizza party with the locals. We were here for the second time. Now we stayed one week in the apartment Bartoli. It was very nice. The view from the roofterras is wonderful. The restaurant "la Locanda del sole" in the village offers very good meals. The service is excellent. Simona is a lovely host. We will be back!
