We visit most years and stock up with the most amazing rosé and some red. Today on boxing day we are reaping the rewards of de la grave's expertise and our patience. A truly amazing treat. Cheers, santé a tous

Well what to say other than this amazing B&B is the place you will feel like royalty for the night. Located off the main roads, it is very quiet in the heart of vineyards. Surrounded by grapes, fresh air, this beautiful building with the high ceilings, wonderful views will take your breath away. Breakfast is simply tasty fresh and delicious...

From the moment you see the property coming up the hill, it's amazing to realize that's where you'll be staying. We spent four nights there while touring Bordeaux and now wish we could have stayed longer. Valarie and Phillipe were warm, welcoming and very gracious hosts. We stayed in the Tower Room (La Tour) and the room was spacious, well...

We had a great stay in August, sadly just 2 nights but absolutely loved the place. Beautiful rooms and immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast. The owners were away I think but Alexandra looked after us superbly, thank you. We did a tasting of the product- superb wines , but the white really is exceptionally good. We will return.

Stayed here only one night during our cycle tour in Bordeaux wine districts. Fantastic rooms, friendly atmosphere, lovely views. We would love to go back and stay a little longer. Only disadvantage if you do not have a car it's hilly to go back and forth with a bike to the city.

After 3 weeks cycling this was the last night before arriving in Bordeaux and I wanted it to be special. Coming of the hill you get a first glance at your fairy-tail wine-chateau for the night mids the vineyards. It could not be better. We had a lovely castle style room with a vast bathroom (very modern and occupying the...

This is a wonderful, fantastic place to stay--a beautiful chateau surrounded by vineyards. Great vistas to admire. The chateau has been tastefully updated. The rooms are large. The bathroom is completely modern with shower and a soaking tub over looking the vines. The swimming pool is a nice feature as are the friendly cats. This provides a excellent patio to...

We stayed here for one night en-route further South, having been one year before to buy wine for our wedding. It is in a truly beautiful setting with incredible views, near the pretty town of Bourg which has some good restaurants. We were made to feel very at home by Valerie and the family. Our room in the tower was...

We booked this knowing nothing about the area and what a find! We were greeted by Valérie, the proprietor, and taken to our room. The room was beautifully furnished and clean and looked out over the garden. We were told to make ourselves at home and to explore the vines and that's exactly what we did. The surroundings were beautiful...

We stopped at Chateau de la Grave near Bourg to taste the wines and have the tour, with no notion that it was also a B&B. The tour was wonderful and a treat, given by one of the owners, who was able to tell us many details about their family-run operation, its history, and the ups and downs of winemaking....
