This really is a delightful stay. The building is a restored priory and the ambience is as you'd expect - calm, peaceful and tranquil. The fully enclosed garden is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy a cup of tea - and our first stay anywhere in France where a kettle was included in the room so we could do...

We arrived from Bordeaux in the late afternoon & Anne was there to greet us. So was Bambou - her super-friendly dog. Given the reasonable rates & that we were still a bit lagged from our trip from NYC, we decided to stay in the largest room available - the suite. It was worth it! We had a view of...

We arrived on bikes from Bordeaux and were so warmly welcomed by Anne. A swim in her pool was much appreciated. Prieurre de Mouquet is such a peaceful place with your very spacious room opening out onto a wonderful courtyard garden, in full bloom. Could easily have spent my week here. Anne and her lovely puppy couldn't have been more...

We had a wonderful time at Prieure de Mouquet recently thanks to Anne's warmth and hospitality. The room was lovely and shady with plenty of character and I could happily have whiled away the day in the quietness of the leafy garden and the swimming pool.
