his hotel had a great location right on the beach. The rooms are large and sparsely furnished but was adequate for our needs. Wifi was weak and spotty, but a beautiful beach to enjoy. Food is meh, meats overcooked. Many restaurants in town, an easy walk.

Spent several nights here as part of an REI Adventure. Galapagos Islands were amazing, and this hotel made the experience even better. Food was delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed, clean, and had beautiful views.

We stayed here as part of a Red Mangrove tour with Travel-zoo promotions. This lodge and island were a highlight of our holiday! We managed to get one of the two ocean-side rooms and it had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, a/c (which needed a good cleaning and whack to work without lots of noise) and lovely access to the...

My wife and I stayed here as part of our 8-day tour of the Galápagos Islands through Red Mangrove. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were quaint and reflected the atmosphere of Isabela. The staff was tremendous and always very cordial. We were thrilled with our guide, Nicolas Andrade, who provided very detailed information on the various species...

We stayed at the Red Mangrove Isabela Lodge as the second stop on our program, organized by Red Mangrove. This hotel has a beautiful setting; beachfront on gorgeous white sand, sunset in the evening, close walk to town. The rooms were clean, casual and comfortable. Our room was not facing the beach, but it didn't matter to us-- it was...

Our send stop on our Galapagos experience. Quiet setting, just back from the beach, with short walks to visit sea lions, penguins, iguanas, and the huge flights of diving Booby birds. What a thrill to see them circle then all dive at once into school of fish. The hotel has what appears to be basic rooms set back from the...

We stayed at Isabela Lodge last week. Their are only 2 front rooms and we had 1! THe other rooms are set up the same but are not oceanside. The room was extremely clean and very basic. The clean white curtains flowed with the ocean breeze. THere is a deck outside the room with tables and comfy chairs that were...

Stayed in lodge (and also in other Red Mangrove lodge; see separate review) during 8-day adventure tour. Location is great, right on the beach (between our room and the beach was just a patio). The room was very nice, light, spacious, everything worked fine (only wifi somewhat sketchy). Staff was really friendly and fun to be with. Cook even prepared...

I was impressed with the level of comfort provided by this lodging facility that is right on the beach of Isabela Island. The room allocated to me was spacious with adequate reading light and was located (thankfully) away from the main deck where other hotel guests would congregate to socialize. This lodge is a short (less than five minute walk)...

The setting is very nice but the rooms are average. The lodge on Santa Cruz is much nicer. The food is pretty good at the restaurant. We stayed in the Muyoyo room and there was a rooster crowing every morning at 4am - 7am. It was extremely annoying. Also the air conditioner units are in such disrepair that they make...
