We visit the town of Rosebud at least 4 times a year for a show at the Rosebud theatre. We always stay over for the night and Arbour Guest House is ALWAYS our first choice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfasts are always very yummy. And the owned & host Valerie is AWESOME!

We chose Arbour House in large part because of great reviews, and we were very pleased! Relaxing in the living area was such a nice treat before & after the theatre. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet - just the way we like it! Valerie's advice on a nice walk in the area was great too.

The Arbour Guest Hose is a wonderful place to stay, comfortable, relaxed and very friendly. Breakfast is absolutely amazing! Non of your run of the mill stuff here. A great place to have a quiet time away from the business of normal life.

Had a wonderful stay at the Arbour Guest House. It is conveniently within walking distance of the Mercantile and Oprah House. The property is kept beautifully and we loved Valerie's art. Very clean and breakfast was awesome! Would stay here again!

Valerie was an excellent host. Great rooms and a fabulous breakfast. We were two couples so each had a main floor bedroom with ecsuote and shared the living room and dining room. Great deck for morning coffee or pre dinner glass of wine. Highly recommend 👍

The room & bath were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Guest also enjoy the deck area or sitting room which include a selection of games for the guests. The hostess created a relaxing atmosphere and provided a great breakfast. This would be a B&B that I would return to!

A perfect cozy & very comfortable and soooo quiet accommodation. The rooms and living space are immaculate and every detail is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. This was our 4th stay at the Arbour Guest House in Rosebud. And it was great a usual. As is it small, only 2 rooms, it is very private, quiet and immaculate. The breakfast is terrific. Taking in a play at the Rosebud Theatre and a stay at this B&B is always an enjoyable experience. We will be back.
