As all the other reviews state, there is nothing wrong with this hotel that a lick of paint, some new carpet and a general make over wouldn't sort out. We spent Friday night here as we had a free hotel stay to use and we can't fault the hotel. We travelled with our 4 month old and his cot was all made up ready for our arrival. Only issue was there was no Bath however the very helpful girl on reception gave us the room opposite to use the... More

What an amazing hotel, rooms and bathroom are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds are really comfy. All you can eat buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from goes down a treat. Really comfortable beds with 'proper' pillows, very clean, fantastic bathroom which was spotless, 24/7 check in and bar which was excellent, thoroughly recommend the 'all you can eat' breakfast too :-)

What a fantastic night we had at the King Robert hotel!! We stayed for a take that tribute night and had an amazing time! Dinner and drinks were fabulous all night and the entertainment was brilliant! Nice hotel in easy travel distance of both Edinburgh and Glasgow, Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are very helpful. Have used this hotel for both work and family trips. Looking forward to my next visit.
