Except for the sound of hummingbirds, squirrels etc. :-). We stayed some nights in a large chalet - there is everything you could wish for a fantastic stay near the Kejimkujik NP. You can rent canoes, take nice walks, etc.

Is there a hot tub or jacuzzi?
They had one some time ago. It was by the lower part of the river. It was damaged a few times, quite severely. Has not been there for some time, unless they replaced since we were there the end of August, 2015.
