I was so impressed with the receptionist, her name is Kim. She is so lovely, friendly and especially she works by her heart. When I asked her about any places for visiting, she didn't know because this hotel is not been in tourist area, and such people come here for business work. But the following morning, she showed me her notebook that she tried to do at night time and it's really great. In her notebook, she was so carefully to write all information of places to visit in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, from venue to meal of transport or ticket fee... I love her, and I believe that she will be promoted in her career if she keeps working continuously with her heart like this 😍

Wow, my experience at the Diamond has been amazing. Coming from Australia to stay close to my sister in laws family I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I couldn't have asked for more. I have stayed here for 5 days and the service has been above and beyond the whole time. The rooms are simple but clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning, the TV, fridge and bathroom facilities work perfectly. The pool is crystal clear and the whole resort is maintained beautifully. A couple of the staff speak English and those who don't respond really well to google translate. There is a security guard on the grounds all the time, though I can't imagine he has too much to do other than watching over people's vehicles, crime is low in Vietnam and people are generous and kind. If you want an everyday urban experience outside Saigon then you need to come here. 10 minutes from Bien Hoa and 30 to 45 minutes from HCMC you are close enough to tourist areas but far enough away to not see another Westerner for days. The Diamond Resort is well worth the stay and I recommend it highly.

Beautiful with a swimming pool and pure atmosphere with trees Room is clean, toilet is clean, LCD TV in room. Everything is perfect with its price. As I see that it is hard to find a same resort with the same price at Diamond. Restaurant has many Vietnamese foods, chef- ms Hoa is a lovely person. Staffs are friendly, helpful and be able to speak English. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the city centre by motorcycle.

I booked this hotel online. The front interior and exterior look very nice. I booked a Villa Room had to get upgraded to VIP Room. Villa wasn't close to what it looked like in the photos. The VIP Room was not VIP. There was rust and mold on every bathroom metal fixture and in most spaces between the tiles. I shifted the tables so the larger was close to the plug (there is a complete absence of plugs) and behind looked like nobody had ever cleaned ever. The dust and debris was literally a cm or so thick I almost gagged. I had to get cleaning to broom it up and then mop the floors. The air conditioner at first didn't work a staff person had to fix that. The room all my stay reeked of a stuffy hard to describe scent from the bathroom that smelled like mold. I had the fan running all of my stay. Not the fault of the hotel owners but there was a rooster outside crowing all my stay. A train going by every half hour to hour with whistle all my stay. The carpeting in the hallway was industrial thin thin carpeting peeling up at the end dirty along the length. The staff was very nice to the extent I could get them to understand my english through my google translate on my cell phone. The manager wouldn't refund any portion of my room charge - which for that room was 30.00 USD. I will try it again but not that room. I won't have as high expectations as I did before.
