Found sick on our bedding on arrival which is disgraceful! was promised discount due to being fully booked & unable to change our room. Have been charged full amount - horrendous treatment! Not only sick which is bad enough. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Cleanliness of room was absolutely disgusting. Accused of lying as apparently they changed us into a new...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 24 January 2017

This a great choice for either Surbiton or even London, with fast trains taking only 15 mins to Waterloo and running until late. We had a room on the second floor and even though it faced the main street, the traffic noise was not intrusive. The beds are very comfy and the rooms stylish. The staff are all delightful. We...

Dear Greenlightsal, Thank you for your five star review, which will be shown to all members of the team. I am pleased that the room allocated met with your expectations, and benefited from our locations close to Surbiton Station. I appreciate your observation regarding residual noise, as rooms on the second floor should not be affected. I can confirm that...

Room was noisy. Lots of rattles and crashes. On top of that there were roadworks outside too which woke us up early. Continental breakfast not expected. Couldn't see that on the website, would've preferred hot option. Coffee was great though and staff at breakfast were friendly.

I recently visited the hotel for a family wedding. The layout, design and rooms are to a very high standard. Breakfast was disappointing. Overall I do not feel the room was worth the price we paid to stay.

Stayed here for two nights on a Friday and Saturday for a friend's wedding round the corner in which I was a bridesmaid. The hotel looks fancy and it is lovely and clean however it is incredibly noisey. On the Friday night we went up to our room around 11 after drinks in the bar and found the music vibrating...

We paid extra for a room that was kot above the bar however the noise from the bar was such that we couldnt sleep. I do not find it acceptable to pay extra for a quieter room and find the noise to be excessively loud. I would not recommend this to friends.

Dear L3308PRemmam, Thank you for taking the time to post a review, as all feedback is greatly valued. The hotel does not charge a supplement to reserve a room on a higher floor, and I can confirm that you received a lower rate as you took advantage of our advanced purchase rates. The level of noise from The Lounge is...

It's a quite small hotel with nice and friendly staff, located near the railway-station and very easy to find. Saturdays (and probably fridays) the sound from the club at the Bosco Lounge can be a bit noisy. We liked the hotel and the staff.

Nice friendly staff, good facilities, good breakfast. Just what we needed for a 1 night stay. For us the bed was too soft, we also like the option of a 5ft double bed. For others this is probably not a issue.

In London for Sunday Christening so only one night stay. Room, which was on the second floor, clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The room overlooked the main road but thanks to the double glazing was very quiet. Bar downstairs had an all swinging evening but was not intrusive and possibly finished at midnight.- didn't keep me awake. Breakfast...

Centrally located in Surbiton, my bedroom was to the back of the main road and very quiet. Did not have the chance to have breakfast/drinks, so cannot comment on that, but happy to return. The room (changed a room on the 3rd floor for 202) was very spacious, bed very comfortable.
