We were quite surprised to discover how isolated this hotel is, but fortunately the Luna Mesa Cafe (just a few miles towards Hanksville) had just reopened and we had a good dinner there (they serve hamburgers, hotdogs and fries, and the food was simple but good.) The internet worked well, and the owners are investing in new microwaves, refrigerators, mattresses,...

Very kind staff, went the extra mile to make us welcome. Comfortable room. Views of river, cottonwood trees and cliffs very special. Great foliage in October. Location is far from any resources-- fill up gas in Hanksville, bring your food or eat before you get here.

We had a reservation at another hotel then got there and it wax awful. A local recommended rodeway inn and it was so nice!! Especially for being in the middle of nowhere. Brand new bedding, free breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

What a lovely surprise to find such a comfortably large and clean room in a relatively remote location. The rooms are large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and provided a great night sleep.

When we arrived at the hotel in December evening, we found its in the middle of nowhere. there is no food nearby. This place could be ideal for friends group. The manager is very kind and helpful. Pretty close to canyon lands NP and goblin SP.

The hotel is kinda in the middle of nowhere. You need the car to get to a supermarket or to grab a bite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was good. Clean bathroom. We had a peaceful sleep.

Had a reservation but since nothing else was around this area for miles, it was a welcome sight. Clean, well kept. The Manager is very hard working and doing a great job! Would go back and enjoy this motel again if in the area

In this very remote town, the Rodeway Inn is the only motel. But be warned.... Certainly it isn't the motel's fault, but there is no cell service (We tried both Verizon and AT&T). There is also no WiFi from the motel - at least that is what we were told. (A Rodeway Inn network shows up, but no guest access...

Very odd check-in here. Someone had to find the person who could check us in. They ended up giving us the key (Yes key) to the room. No real amenities to speak of. Old style phones in the room, no WiFi and small TV's (with good reception) The town has no place to eat but the office sells frozen dinners...
