We stayed at Eileen's B & B for a couple of nights whilst house hunting in the area. Eileen's warm welcome, local knowledge and terrific breakfasts made our stay very enjoyable. We had use of a sitting room with TV, books, games etc. The B & B is at the end of a long, well maintained lane, next to a...

Two rooms are available at this b&b, whilst the rooms are on the small side they have everything you would need and are comfortable. An excellent breakfast selection is served and during our stay we enjoyed scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and on other days with ham. Bagnell Cottage is down a long track. You will be given directions and...

It is also well placed for visiting various local attractions, National Trust properties and the coast. The experience of staying in this peaceful location is enhanced by the lovely Eileen,...

The moment we arrived, I regretted the fact that we were only there one night. The location is beautiful, beside a remote farm. There's a little stream running through, a landscaped pond with a little waterfall, a cottage garden and a beautiful willow tree. Inside, the cottage is beautifully furnished as a dream country cottage, with a well-stocked bookcase and...

My new wife and I chose Bagnell Cottage as our wedding evening accommodation. Bagnell Cottage is as charming as it is beautiful. The owner, Eileen, kindly accommodated my wife and I at midnight. We offered Eileen advance notice that it would be late when we arrived after our wedding celebrations and she was more than happy to wake up, greet...
