If you are after a family holiday with under 10s, looking for a mix of city, beach and pool time this is the place for you; fantastic facilities, super staff, very clean and modern, no crowds, options to self-cater, eat in or out, all with a superb buffet breakfast. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel within 8 months, so I am including what I said the first time and adding other things worth mentioning after 2nd and 3rd go. This is a hotel with serviced apartments, spacious enough to live there permanently. On our 2nd stay we spent 3 summer weeks in a two-bedroom apartment so we...

A recent trip to Lisbon found us staying in Solplay. Beautiful suite on the top floor, comfortable and spotless with views to absolutely die for. We stayed on a B&B basis which was not cheap but well worth it. The breakfasts are excellent with a plentiful supply of excellent fresh food, fruit, pastries, etc. The pool is excellent, clean and...

My wife and I have stayed here on four occasions and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving during our latest stay we had an issue with our room being smaller than anticipated and previously experienced. This was of particular concern due to us being with our son who is a toddler and was raised with...

We stayed here while visiting Nos Alive festival, a short walk away. Very convenient. On the plus side the hotel is immaculately clean and offers nice outdoor pool, indoor pool and gardens, albeit the rooms are slightly dated with a aircon not working. The well equipped apartments are very spacious, great for self catering - and spacious balconies. We booked...

We stayed here for the nearby NOS Alive festival and it was a fairly pleasant 30 minute walk away. We were offered the shuttle bus but this was fairly expensive. The hotel is very clean and is very modern and offers a range of facilities. The studio room was nice with a great view inland. The beds were comfortable and...

Not the best experience to be honest , room wasn't ready for us so we went to pool bar , very arrogant bar staff more interested serving drunk people in pool rather than new arrivals . When room was ready there was no instruction for safe box and even when requested it still wasn't sorted . Requested a taxi to...

We stayed for Nos alive festival. The shuttle was great, but that's where the good stuff ends. Food was terrible - partially cooked seafood and incorrect orders on every occasion. The maids would come early evening when we were in our apartment, consequently never cleaning the room. Some how they still seemed to be able to clatter around next door...

This lovely hotel is a short walk away from alges train station or a 5€ taxi fare - Perfect if you're looking for somewhere outside of Lisbon yet still able to quickly travel into Lisbon for food/ sightseeing etc. The room was far better than what i expected. Saw a lot of 'dated room' reviews but the room had good...
