I wish this place has more restaurants and activities especially at night ... the place is almost dead at after sundown which is the best time to walk around and enjoy the place. Also restaurants should be opened to cater guests whether during weekdays or weekends. Its not fair that only weekend guests enjoyed all the amenities of the place.......

Spent 2 days and 1 night in Las Casas with my family. Place was beautiful exactly what you see on their website. Service was very slow, we waited 4 hours for the roll away bed. We stayed at Casa Baliuag II, the shower was leaking and the water was going beneath the house which is very visible to people going...

It took us 2 hrs and 30 mins to get here from Paranaque. The way to the entrance is rough road so it's dusty and cars are generally slower. I hope they'll be able to fix it. I pity the guards manning the gate because of the heat and dust. They verified that we were checked in guests at the...

We arrived at this place and were so amused with the place. Although the rain did not stop on our first day, we still continued the tour. Our tour guide, Angeline was so energetic and gives her group a lot of information about the different Casas. We tried to buy snacks but HELL NO, they sell 18pcs of fishballs for...

Luckily, I was able to book the Casa Meycauayan on their anniversary promo. The place brings you to a bygone era during our grandparents days. If you love to experience to stay in an ancestral house, this is the perfect place. I love to come again😍.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a wonderful escape from a country that offers mostly island hopping or swimming. I felt proud as a Filipino having this kind of place in our country. The architectural details are far more intense than the theme parks that I have been to. I can also say that this place is far more beautiful...

Our first visit to La Casas and I was both exhilarated and disappointed. Three stars because the place was so unique and beautiful. Only three stars because the running of it was not worthy of it. The first three stars because it was quite honestly, a magical and amazing place. If I collected houses the way this guy does I'm...

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, located in Bagac, Bataan, aims to showcase not only our cultural heritage, but through the restoration of the houses here, the Filipino talent, ingenuity, and craftsmanship. Heritage houses, suffering from years of neglect and facing demolition, were dismantled and moved, from many corners of the country for reassembly and complete restoration in these grounds, where...

The 1 hour heritage tour is very interesting and informative (and mandatory, I mean you still have to pay for it even if you go there the nth time - and don't want to join - because it's included in the basic package). The price is quite expensive: the cheapest package is 999 pesos which includes the heritage tour, welcome...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A fine showcase of Filipino history and craftsmanship, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan takes you back to 18th-century Philippines in the twinkling of an eye. Architectural pieces of a bygone era, from different parts of the country, were reconstructed brick by brick, plank by plank. The noble-class mansions, wooden stilt houses, and a grand main building made of stone stand proudly in a village of cobblestone streets. To add up to the ambiance, a backdrop of majestic mountains, expansive rice fields, and a running river that flows to the sea, are found in the vast property. Truly a travel destination unlike any other, this resort in Bataan is a living museum of Philippine heritage. The traditional houses as hotel accommodations are the centerpiece of this Bataan beach resort about 125 km northwest of Manila. Even so, this destination resort does not lack in providing avenues for entertainment, relaxation, and recreation. It has the Napiya Spa, a swimming pool, private beach, gaming center, 3 restaurants, conference and banquet facilities, cultural shows, and heritage tours. Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar takes pride in giving you a glimpse of the past, reliving the age-old yet distinctive Filipino traditions, while providing the luxuries and comforts of contemporary times. ... more   less
