Beautiful setting beside a river, laid back atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equiped although a little dated. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Next door was a great fish restaurant and there's a cafe a few doors down.

We often visit Culburra Beach and stay locally, thought we'd given Greenwell Point a try. This will be our go-to place in future. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The nearby pub, bowling club and cafe all serve great food. Can highly recommend the Anchor Bay Motel.

They are all on the same level and linked veranda. Access is via a concrete walkway or walkway and two sets of stairs. The other suites are on the...
