No complaints, apart from finding the landlord to be pleasant and accommodating - we were hoping for fireworks after reading the other reviews.
Nine of us for food (pies, mainly) and drinks; no complaints. Food was great, beers were cold, fire was warm.

If you find yourself walking in the Wharfedale area around Kettlewell/Buckden then stop in Starbotton and refuel with some well maintained and tasty Timothy Taylor Landlord.
