The title is what is advertised on the building. While we know the pub as a restaurant this was our first stay. We have booked for another! Much thought has been given to providing the best of everything including wifi, parking. Comfortable accommodation, great meals and friendly service.

The menu is very good, especially the sharing plates. The ingredients were all of a real local/quality feel and there was a really nice ambience, even though it was a Monday lunchtime. The local ale (Stratford Gold) is exceptionally nice. I'm looking forward to a return for dinner in the very near future.

Booked last minute due to trip cancellation to Paris, we were fortunate to get rooms. The location cannot be beat, just at the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon and close to other location such as Warwick, Kenilworth. Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights at the Alcott Suite and Convent Garden room in winter, Nov 2015. Lovely rooms with quirky touches -...

We stayed one night in Bermondsey. It's the smallest room they have but is perfect for short stays. The room is really well designed to make the most of the space: there's a large double bed; with a separate toilet behind a folding door on one side of the room and a walk-in shower and basin on the other. This...

Thank you so much. A lot of thought went into the rooms and our aim was to please. All the rooms are all individually designed with little luxuries, and it's great to know that they are appreciated. We really look forward to welcoming you back.

My family and I travelled here to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday. We wanted somewhere close to Stratford but with a bit of luxury. It was great! First impressions as we walked in were fab. Cosy feel with a log burning fire roaring away in the bar area, most pleasant. We were shown to our rooms in the main building,...

We wanted somewhere with ambience, great food & lovely rooms & this place was perfect. We stayed one night on our way to visit friends. The staff were attentive & the food was very good, I had a fab veggie breakfast. We were lucky to be upgraded & we stayed in the Garland Room. The room was clean & beautifully...

A great, last minute find for a combined family and birthday weekend for me. We stayed in the Eaton and it was warm, comfortable and quirky. Just our thing! Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and fresh. Good food in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious. My only niggle ... The Bell isn't on the budget end of accommodation and...

Point taken and we will resolve that little niggle with immediate effect, to be honest it seems that the hairdryer fairy has been out playing tricks. The hairdryers that we supply in the room aren't travel hair-dyers! Delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back.

We paid 130 pound for a room (excluding Breakfast). Firstly till midnight we had other guests taking coffee on the landing outside our room. They may as well as been in our room! You expect noise while the pub is open (and that's what it is, a pub), but the music got ramped up when the customers left and staff...

From the moment we arrived we felt that this was a very special place. Our room Glanwye, was delightful and everything that we had anticipated and hoped it would be. The ambience of the pub bar was very welcoming and so inviting for an afternoon drink or two from the selection of local beers, as it got into the evening...

We stayed 2 nights at the Bell last week and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The welcome was lovely - even tho' we arrived hours early and our room was ready and we settled in straightaway. The room was All Stars - very comfortable and a fabulous bathroom. The food here is amazing with a huge amount of detail...

The interior of this award winning 18th century coaching inn successfully combines traditional and modern; a truly eclectic mix. The warm and welcoming bar has flag stone floors, low beams, open fires and candlelit tables. The well stocked bar ensures you can enjoy a host of traditional real ales including The Bell’s own Alscot Ale, guest beers and carefully selected wines, spirits and cocktails. Fresh morning coffee, brunch and afternoon tea are all favourites in this cosy area. The restaurant is more contemporary and oozes charm; it is attractive and vibrant with a buzzing atmosphere. The well designed individual areas lend themselves well to private dining, meetings and parties. Food is served in the bar, restaurant and spacious outdoor areas and the menu and daily specials change to accommodate the abundant seasonal and local produce. The spacious country pub garden with adjoining riverside meadow is ideal for families whilst the beautifully landscaped courtyard garden is a perfectly sophisticated area.
