It was a terrific place to stay, excellent location, rooms are nicely furnished and really everything going for it except the staff seems to demonstrate favours to its Caucasian visitors, particularly to the waiting staff on the rooftop. Service was not really attentive to us, requests need to be made several times and even when seated, it was unfortunate that the waiting staff need to be called several times before hopping over. It wasn't a one time off incident, and on the contrast our Caucasian friends had the easy way of life. It was a shame because I endorse all that was said about this place - ambience, cleanliness, rooms and the entire set-up was terrific. It would be we are just unlucky to encounter one or two staff (waiting/concierge) which probably had their preferences but there were some unpleasant after taste. I however recommend this hotel strongly to everyone and wish that our experience here will not be shown to others.

Another tick of approval from this well seasoned traveler! The owners/management of this place have come up with the perfect formulation for this beautiful hostel/hotel/resort! Spotless and beautifully decorated accommodation, excellent (as well as gorgeous and friendly) staff to guest ratio, cheap food and drink prices, with a beautiful rooftop lounge and pool area! What else could you want? Oh yes, entertainment! Even though I'm old and in bed early, the LOUD music didn't bother me a bit! They've thought of it all here and I highly recommend!

This place is clean, friendly, groovy, helpful, great live music. Just THE best place to hang out and chill out and enjoy in Labuan Baju. I'm 58 and took my 21 year old son. We both met people that we really got on with. And the people who work here are just SO lovely. I honestly have done loads and loads of travel in my life, staying in some of the best places....( from sleeping on a sand dune in the Sahara desert to staying in the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, to a guest house in the middle of the Zanskar mountains bell tents and villas in Ibiza...I mean a great diversity of interesting places... only to say that the Seasta is one of the great ones!! THANK YOU SEASTA. xxx

Very cool and nice little hotel/hostel. We stayed 1 night before our boat trip and 1 night after. Laid back vibe, little pool, ping pong table and pool table. Nice food and great cocktails. Party over the weekend so watch out if you want to avoid it.

I stayed at Seaesta for a week stay due to its convenient location close to the harbor for scuba diving day trips, and for its the rooftop restaurant and pool. I only wish my schedule had allowed trying their liveaboard. I had a deluxe double room for just myself. I was very pleased with the attractive decor, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and nice amenities like the safe, minifridge and electric kettle. I appreciated the discount on daily diving too. The most important thing to keep in mind is that there is live music or a DJ most nights of the week, and it is LOUD. I was able to sleep without any problem using the earplugs Seaesta provides. If you like to party, all the better! No meals are included, but the rooftop restaurant is very reasonable and the food is delicious. Note that portions of Indonesian dishes are quite plentiful, perhaps less so for western items. Also, the room might feel a bit small with two people plus their stuff sharing it. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall I am very happy I stayed there! I never went in the pool, but I think it is clean, only that the tap water is slightly discolored (due to pipes?)

My first time trying the dormitory bed in a hotel. It was nice. The bed is firm and clean. It was just the aircon they set on 24 degree Celsius which i dont understand why in a place as hot as Labuhan Bajo, they choose that temperature. So it made me feel hot a bit and not comfortable. They provide towel. Separate bathroom and toilet is clean too. Hot shower is available and water pressure was good. The rate i paid is for room only.. so I tried the bfast at their restaurant and it was nice with reasonable price. All staff are nice and helpful...

Best place to stay in Labuan Bajo. Clean facilities, friendly staff, delicious food, and beautiful spaces. I’d highly recommend staying here as a solo female traveller before commencing their sailing adventure.

Are here last night. Beer was cold, entertainment was great. Service attentive and friendly and enjoyed a joke. Food was ok. Expected more than what was dished up. Pizza was undercooked and no ingredients, Spicy chicken burger was ok, very small in size

After a long day my family expected a good rest in a relaxing hotel, unfortunately that was not the case. At first everything went smoothly, check in was quick and the room was clean. Things went downhill immediately after we start using the 4 rooms we booked. Washing one’s hand is the norm after the pandemic so we were displeased when we found out that the sink was clogged, making the entire bathroom effectively useless. One of the rooms had it worse, the AC was broken. In a hot climate, the lack of access to an AC is detrimental, especially after a tiring day. They couldn’t compensate us with new rooms since they were fully booked, and to make it even worse, their attempt to “help” us was patronizing. They asked us to “wait for the AC to cool the room” instead of properly checking for problems. Anyone that has an AC in their home would immediately know that the AC was broken. We needed pressure them for them to finally bother checking the rooms. We were forced to wait in our sweaty clothings, not knowing when we could finally rest.
