Detailed Reviews
This is a relatively new place to stay in Labuan Bajo is wonderful compared to the numerous other options in town. It is up the hill from a lot of the other places to stay in town, but this gives it it's good view of the harbor. I booked through booking.com and paid RP 700,000 (about $50) for a private room with two twin beds. The grounds/hotel/room was very clean. There was a little mini frig with cold water in it and the AC worked like a charm. There was a little TV with several English channels if you care.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and service was wonderful. The food at the restaurant was good and they even made a pretty good latte per western standards. The pool area was clean and pretty. My only complaint was that the pool water was pretty warm as the pool is in direct sunlight the entire day. I would definitely stay here again

Love this place. The rooms are small but serve every purpose for a great stay. They are very affordable, clean, the AC is wonderfully cold (a great reprieve from the heat of Bajo sun), the bathroom is clean with great water pressure, cold water provided in glass bottle in the fridge and can be refilled from the water dispenser at the front office - so no plastic bottle waste there which is great, same deal with the shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom. Breakfast is not provided, but the rooftop restaurant serves very reasonably priced yummy food. If I ever go back to Labuan Bajo, I would totally stay back at this place again.

Fantastic place to stay. Hotel service with hostel prices. The dorm rooms are private, comfortable and quiet- sturdy concrete bunks, security screens, your own powerpoints and lockers to place you luggage in (byo lock). The restaurant and pool area is always popular with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Centrally located. Discount provided for dives with Uber scuba.

This place has it all, including some killer cocktails!
Rooms: Comfortable beds in AC rooms with separate “pod” type arrangements in dorm rooms making it very private.
WiFi everywhere: Multiple WiFi connections around the facility.
Staff: Five stars for all the staff! Reception, room attendants, waiters, bartenders, managers and owners! From the top down everyone had a smile and provided excellent service.
Cleanliness: Clean rooms/bathrooms, fresh towels every day.
Food: I ate at least 1 meal a day here for a month. Delicious falafel Buddha bowl! Great vegetarian options, fast service.
Pool area: Towels are available by the pool area for anyone to use.
Entertainment: live bands, yoga, DJ...not a boring place
Vibe: backpackers, divers, couples, and a general hang out spot for drinks. People from around town would meet up here cause it’s awesome!

Seaesta is a modern, affordable hotel if you are looking for accomodation that’s super close to the airport and only couple minutes into main town and the port.
The building itself is just beautiful, the design and styling is super cute. Lots of stairs but the bonus is the view from the rooftop pool. The staff at Seaesta were just amazing during our 4 nights, big thanks to Charles who helped make our 2 year old toddlers stay very enjoyable.
Food at the restaurant was delicious, every meal we had was great.
We booked the largest hotel room (there are only 2 deluxe rooms 105 & 205). The room was lovely, bed comfortable and very spacious bathroom. Excellent house-keeping.
Our only dislike was for a ‘hotel’ room, it lacked standard items like a kettle to be able to make a cup of tea in room. Everywhere you walk is so bloody slippery, but that seems to be the case at a lot of places we visited in Labuan Bajo as the floors are finished with polished concrete.
Also twice staff organised drivers for us that had no idea where they were going & spoke very little English. We wasted so much time because of this.
These are only minor and mentioning to provide honest feedback.

I stayed at Seaesta for a week stay due to its convenient location close to the harbor for scuba diving day trips, and for its the rooftop restaurant and pool. I only wish my schedule had allowed trying their liveaboard. I had a deluxe double room for just myself. I was very pleased with the attractive decor, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and nice amenities like the safe, minifridge and electric kettle. I appreciated the discount on daily diving too. The most important thing to keep in mind is that there is live music or a DJ most nights of the week, and it is LOUD. I was able to sleep without any problem using the earplugs Seaesta provides. If you like to party, all the better! No meals are included, but the rooftop restaurant is very reasonable and the food is delicious. Note that portions of Indonesian dishes are quite plentiful, perhaps less so for western items. Also, the room might feel a bit small with two people plus their stuff sharing it. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall I am very happy I stayed there! I never went in the pool, but I think it is clean, only that the tap water is slightly discolored (due to pipes?)

In looking for a property to bookend our Komodo National Park liveaboard, we chose the Seaesta Komodo with very little expectation beyond a clean place to spend the 18 hours in Labuan Bajo. However, we were absolutely blown away by the friendly service of the wonderful staff, tasty food and the clean, cool rooms. We opted for the king rooms with private bath which we were looking forward to sleeping away our jetlag. However, the friendliness of the staff and incredible food from the kitchen kept us at the restaurant and bar for many more hours than expected. Of course, our absolute favorite was Chica with her beautiful smile and friendly demeaner making us feel right at home. We also very much appreciated Rendi's quick wit and charm further enhancing our experience. I even had a mishap where I left my work phone behind. They notified us that they would hold it until our return from Komodo a week later. Of course we stayed at Seaesta again on our way back to Jakarta to finish our vacation. My wife and I became fast friends with Seaesta's staff and look forward to staying there next time we are lucky enough to visit their part of the world. Keep up the great work!

This hotel is beautiful - so much attention to detail in the rooms and everything works perfectly. Beds are so comfy, air-con and WiFi work really well. The pool/hangout area is really chilled but also social and the food in the restaurant is fantastic. Most of all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Can’t rate this place highly enough - you could spend days just relaxing here and enjoying the sunset views!

We visited here with friends. It’s the best hostel on the island and a great meeting place even if you aren’t staying here. It’s very reasonably priced and even has a gym. The rooms are modern, clean, and private, the food is lovely and the pool is a great place to chill on the days you aren’t diving or visiting the beautiful national park. It’s very close to the port, where the trips go from ( most people on the island hire scooters). Clare and the team are very friendly if you need any advise just ask them. Would highly recommend, we will be back to visit again soon :-)

We wanted a hotel that was clean, chic, close to town and the boat dock. Seaesta is very close to the airport and the boat dock. We had to walk down steep steps to the lobby. But they had staff to help us with our luggages. We got 2 rooms. Each room had a king size bed and a single bed. Perfect for our group of 6. The bathroom was spacious. The room had many shelves that were necessary to store our stuff. The food at the restaurant was good and affordable. It was a good value overall to stay here and eat and go island hopping during the day.
It was not very safe for kids though. Some of the railings around the restaurant were just ropes, overlooking the lobby which was one level below the restaurant and pool. So parents pay close attention to your kids.

Hi, man konnte sich morgens Panini ToGo holen, diese wurden am Vortag bestellt und morgens dann zur Abholung fertig. Es passt perfekt zeitlich fur Ausflüge/Tauchgänge 🙂
