We felt so lucky that the team from Villa Seirama Alam contacted us again after being initially fully booked and a cancellation meant that we could stay. Wow! We were able to stay in the new house and totally loved it. For four nights it was our own little holiday home and one of

The site has a very scenic position on a hill overlooking the harbour, with great views, and a steep access road. It is ten minutes walking from the port (downhill!), very convenient if you have an early boat trip. We had a great two-storey villa with two separate rooms and a bal

I stayed in quite a few places in Labuan Bajo due to underestimation of the high-season, so I got a bit of an overview of the various options. If you want something little bit more than the budget accommodation, Villa Seirama Alam is the perfect choice. The prices are a little bi

This is a great place to stay. We searched for somewhere as our stay was over Indonesias Independence Day and we found this accommodation by chance on Air B&B. We had the chalet at the top of the hill and it was stunning with amazing views of the bay. Facilities are basic but per

We stayed in August for a week with a family of four. The first night we stayed in the "new house" which was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms and a terrace with a stunning view. After that we moved to the two rooms in the second level of the main house. Both arrangements are absolu

Hi I am arriving tomorrow 10 November. Have you got a room for one person and can you tell me how much it will be? Thanks Mark
i would like to know price and availability on my dates in Labuan Badjo 28 july till 2 august regards jane
Hi Jane, looks like you thought you were on the villa's homepage instead of on tripadvisor. I suggest checking their AirBnB page and asking them directly.

Hallo Mariposa. If I was going only for a few days I would consider this hotel but when does the rainy season start and finish? I expect in the rainy season the seas are rough? I am only going to see the Large lizards on Rinca Island. Now I thought in such a small place that the hotelier would arrange a pick up and drop down from the airport so why did you not get offered that service? Are taxis easy to get from the hotel and I note what you say about the walk from the hotel to the highway. How much are taxis to the town and to the airport? How frequent are the taxis from the road near the hotel? Did you eat an evening meal in the hotel and what was it like? What was the cost per night? Many thanks for your help from a serious enquirer. PS Where did you fly in from, was it Denpasar in Bali? Just one flight per day? Regards and thanks for your answer. Chris
Dear Chris, please let me know if I can be of help for your planning to visit Labuan Bajo and the dragons. Our website explains most of the open questions. Airport tp the Villa takes 5 min drive, allow 15 min to the airport due to a unique one way system Labuan Bajo has. Some of the information I read above are not accurate, even though it might be what the guest has heard or experienced. Diving this year went on non-stop for the entire rainy season, but yes, if winds pick-up they mighy havr to cancel trips. There is a taxi counter at the airport for arriving guests, now charging 60.000 Rp. We have an arrangement with a driver and keep the price at the former 50.000 Rp. Airport transfers are included for guests staying three nights and more. Shops and restaurants are five minutes walk downhill (maybe 10 min uphill when you want to walk back). There is no rregular schedule for the minibuses. They drive during daylight hours and you must be very unlucky if you have to wait for more than 5 minutes. e are located at the upper mainroda of Labuan Bajo, right behind the harbour. Another common transport in town is called ojek, motorbike taxis who bring you everywhere in town for 5,000 Rp. Let me know if there are more questions, please go through our website in case you would like to book, best wishes, Volker
