Visited with my partner June to July 2020, my first time in Agios Nikitas, in my opinion the best place to stay in Lefkada! Stunning little fishing village, crystal clear sea, fishies swimming around! What can I say about Mrs Maria’s apartments, the absolutely clean apartment, the value for money price, the best location in the village, central with a private parking but not in the noisy part of the little town, perfect, all amenities included, beautiful balcony for our late evening drinks, just around the corner from the path to the stunning Milos beach... we’ll be back next year for sure!!! Thank you for everything Maria, we miss Agios Nikitas so much!

We stayed in the Studio and it met our expectations although on the small side, but the facilities were good so that made up for the lack of space. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hanging space but very limited on drawers. Air conditioning unit was the best we have had in many years - worked very well and was almost silent if put on the quiet mode. TV never used. Safe easy to operate. All crockery and utensils needed for SC holiday if needed, we always eat out at night so not used except for breakfast. Kettle and small toaster and a coffee machine (filters supplied). Maid service every day including Sunday, cleaned to a high standard., bedding good quality as were the towels. Washing up liquid supplied and tea towel/scourer. Breakfast could be eaten on the roomy balcony if you want to eat and privacy can be obtained by pulling the screening down as the pedestrian walkway right outside, also helps keep the hot sun off the balcony, that being said there was never any issue with any noise, day or night. Good very wi-fi although code changed twice during our stay due to someone passing the code on to others/ Not the hosts fault. Just a 1 minute walk to the supermarket which is almost next door, 2 minute to first tavernas all going downhill and this continues to the beach. We had a late flight and Maria was there to meet us and hand the key over and quickly show us how things work. Also on check out as we were not getting picked up until late we were given another room in the basement to store our luggage and have a shower etc which was brilliant. Green view is one of the few places in the village with parking so this is a huge bonus as cars and scooters left on the pedestrian walkway are asking to get a ticket from the police and yes they do call regularly even though some risk it! Can recommend Green View and would stop again should we return. Any questions feel free to contact us via message either about GV or the village.

We stayed in the ground floor 2 bed apartment, pink building. It was very clean with a spacious balcony for eating. It was lovely and quiet with free parking. Nice setting in well maintained gardens at the top of the pedestrianised area. Stayed there with 2 young children and felt safe.

Very well positioned, with clean rooms and all facilities included. Big plus for the parking places for customers. Good for families, couples and groups. Fair price for the quality of the services. Located 3 minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants. 8 minutes to the beach. Good place. I would revisit, no second thoughts.
