Spent 2 nights here in December 2021. This accommodation is very, very basic – beds on the pure sand, no working shower & toilet. True Robinson Crusoe feeling! The family living there is very friendly but they do not speak any English or German. The food (fish of course) was excellent though. 2 nights surely enough, it takes around 4 hours to get here from Panama city: 3 hour drive, a really bad road, and 1 hour with a small fishing boat. Loved to watch the pelicans here. There are lots of coconuts here but it was not possible to get some for drinking. There is also no electricity. Bring a book. For the price paid was expecting at least a shower, toilet – a bit more comfort. The advantage here is you have no mass tourism. We visited some other island where many tourists go and it was full of trash! It takes less than 3 minutes to walk around the entire island.

Our stay on this island was quite an experience!
First of all the accomodations are very basic as it's a bed on a sand floor. That's it. No chairs or tables, also the matrasses and pillows are quite worn. An interesting experience was also the (hermit) crabs that come out at night and walk underneath the bed.. it took a little getting used to.
The toilets and shower are also quite basic, the water is not always on. Its a little building seperated from the huts.
The island is very small which is also it's charm. We visited some other islands and they can be very touristy. This one is very pure, simple and quiet.
The food prepared by the Kuna family is fresh and very simpel as well. They gave the option of fish or chicken. We chose fish and had fish for lunch and dinner for 3 days.. ;) So be sure to bring along snacks and fruit as there is none.
The Kuna family is very friendl; they have a few sweet kids and a dog, the men will take you on a nice boattrip to reefs and other islands.
We had a very special time with our kids on the island as there is no wifi, just great snorkling and beautiful beach. It's as close you can get to living on a deserted island.
For us 2 nights / 3 days was perfect to relax and do nothing, but be prepared.
