Beautiful location, so easy to find and lovely facilities. Great eye for detail in the room - extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean and well presented.- even down to fresh milk in the fridge ! I stayed here with 5 members of my family on a Saturday night. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm (underfloor heating). The breakfast was lovely, well cooked and with plenty of choice. The owner was really helpful, recommending a place for dinner (again excellent) and organising a taxi. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the place...

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived at this quaint converted coach house. We were shown to our room but were disappointed to see that space was tight although it was well furnished and there was everything we needed for our stay with a modern en-suite with shower. The only problem with the standard room we had booked...

We stayed for one night here based on the reviews. I can find nothing negative to say. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation spotlessly clean and homely. The staff are helpful and friendly and made our brief stay a real pleasure. As for the breakfasts- we couldn't manage to eat anything else until teatime! We will be back

We stayed for one night as we had a family get together in Ripon, a ten minute car ride away. We were made very welcome and shown to our room. Everything was well-presented, clean and attractive. The bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful and hot! The breakfast was excellent using high quality food. We would definitely come back...

A delightful clean and well furnished room with a large comfy bed, a decent TV, comfortable seating and a really lovely location. The ladies who run the place are really helpful and friendly and you get the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble. the en-suite was a treat with a big walk in shower rather than something over...

Husband and I stayed here for five nights (twixmas break) We were greeted by Amy she was so friendly and showed us to our lovely premier double. It was immaculate and the table had a glass of sherry and mini mince pies which were a nice touch after travelling. Breakfast is amazing and the omelette wasn't to much trouble to...

Stayed here with my partner and upgraded to the superior room and wow glad we did. Massive bed so comfy (much needed being pregnant) added extras were great fresh fruit, homemade biscuits, robes, mince pies and sherry made our stay feel all that bit more special. We loved this place! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and cosy with lots of extra little bits like a fridge, safe. We stayed on the ground floor so we had under floor heating wich was good. Breakfast was lovely too, some items ie fish, must be pre ordered. The one down side is that the...
