check in was quick and easy ~30mins. Rooms was clean, but needs updating. there were animals poop on the sand and in the water shore. it was probably from made from a small animal or large bird. We stay here for two nights and most of our time we spent at the pool. We would prefer sitting and playing in...

Dear Kahunaboyz, Thank you staying with us and for your Tripadvisor posting. My sincere apologies to you for your experience on our beach areas. We do have some wildlife in the Tahoe area that can 'leave their mark' on our pristine shores, but we also have a system in place where we pick up after these lovely creatures on a...

This was my 4th time staying here. We originally went for our honeymoon in 1982 and I don't think the carpeting in our unit has been replaced since then! We booked rooms for a family reunion and the differences in the units was evident. My sister's 2 BR was bright and updated mine was dark and dated. However, being right...

If you don't mind dealing with horrible customer service at check in and anytime you need help with anything, then this might be worth it. I'd say it's perfect for if you're fairly self-sufficient and want a central location with a nice beach. The rooms are pretty nice, a little old, but most everything is in Tahoe. I just can't...

Dear GPDubbs, Thank you for your TripAdvisor posting and please accept my sincere apology for the service levels you experienced during your stay. This is certainly not indicative of the very high standards of service for which we are normally known, as seen by the many other TripAdvisor comments about our staff and service levels. I am glad to hear...

2 bedroom 2 bath was awesome! Had extra bunk beds and two queen size beds in a loft! There was bbq grill, toaster, utensils, and everything one might need! Check in wasn't until 4 but we could use the entire resort whenever we arrived! The beach is awesome with water craft rentals just a 5 minute walk away on the...

We had a family reunion of 27 stay at Lakeland Village and we had a wonderful time. We arrived at 2 pm and were able to check in right away. We had booked 3 town homes on the water. Our 4 bed 3 bath town home unit also had a loft that would sleep 4 and this was not one...

The location is great but our unit #628 needs some serious upgrades. Old carpet, no BBQ, fake Ficus tree in the living room, cracked ceiling beams, thin floral pattern bedspreads in bedrooms like grandma would have, electric fireplace that didn't work. Staff was nice but for the price, one would expect more. (see pictures). Only one bedroom had a t.v...

Great location and private beach. I had a lake view big loft with a deck with chairs and a table and barbecue . Amazing views, pool and jaccuzi with lake view as well. Beautiful garden very carefully taken care off. Staff gave us plenty of information where and what to do. The loft I booked had nothing to do with...

We stayed three nights (the third night free) in a 1BR/1BA/loft townhome, based on the reviews on the condos here. After we checked out, I received a call from the hotel saying a housekeeper found jewelry in the bathroom. I didn't even realize I had left it in the medicine cabinet. He offered to fedex it to me (at my...

One of the reason i booked this property is because it was close to the beach and they have kid/teen activities and thought this would be a great place to stay. Front desk people were very helpful. One of the reasons I booked this property was there were 7 people on our party and Aston Lakeland offered multi-room townhouses. Of course I investigated their web-site and Trip Advisor before booking. The price of our 4-bedroom/3 bath condo unit #437 was very affordable for the area and ultimately the reason I chose this property. I had apprehension since...
