This place is terrible! If I could give it no stars I would. The rooms are not even clean! Cob webs and spiders in the corners, dirty headboards(they were gray from so much dust), the shower had duct tape holding soap dish together and hair...More
Very disappointed in this property. Hot weekend, about 90 degrees, but A/C didn't work. There was a cheap fan but it was very noisy and didn't help much. Also, the ice machine wasn't working! Looked good from the outside, but the third floor room was...More
Teri and Teresa are some of the coolest front desk people I've met on my travels. They were extremely accommodating and expeditious in their service. They upgraded out room at no extra charge and made us feel welcome. I will definitely be back again!
Based on price, we were impressed for the most part. Took the last room, and ended up booking a second night. Nice pool, mostly friendly staff, clean grounds. Bathroom and carpet both smell bad. Surprised by the dry sauna, which was nice. Internet never worked...full...More

We stayed during winter so I can't speak about the pool, the spa was not working. The room was clean enough, the deal breaker was the bathroom, hair everywhere, all over the bathtub, the floor, it was disgusting and needless to say we did not shower. It is in a good location for adults, walking distance to the casinos. I said at the time that it's a cheap hotel for snowboarders and skiers who only want a place to crash and don't care what it looks like. The staff was not very helpful, we had no batteries in our remote for the TV and they weren't about to go out of their way to get us some, so no TV. Very little parking space.
