Everything was good until I got my bill. It was not what we agreed on when I made my reservations. It went from $134 a day to $199 a day. Apparently, Trena didn't remember her quote. I double-checked my facts when I got home and I was correct. I even wrote her name down! We settled on $142 a day,...

The room was tiny, however the breakfast was made to order which was much more than I expected. It was within a 2 min walk of the beach and we even got a pass for the private beach which they own! We hired 2 kayaks on the beach which was nice. The rooms were all clean and the pool was...

I stay at this Best Western regularly during the summer months. It's a Best Western, not the Ritz but pretty good hotel none the less. I would recommend to those not looking to stay in one of the Casino hotels. The attached restaurant tries to be high end but there are better options in the area. Service is good. Decor...

Nice hotel, clean, good location and full breakfast included. We asked at the front desk if it was safe to leave our bikes locked on the car. Oh "yes if they're locked..." WARNING - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIKES LOCKED TO YOUR BIKE RACK!!! Ours were stolen, cables cut and taken in the night. We take responsibility, but want to...

We stayed here for 2 days because we wanted to visit South Lake Tahoe. The location is very convenient to Heavenly Village where all the shops/restaurants are. Check in was efficient. This hotel has 3 separate two storied buildings. There are no elevators in case you need one. We asked for a quiet room away from stairs/traffic and we got...

Great hotel. Staff helped a lot. Very clean. Only issue - the bed has a new mattress and was hard as a rock. I would stay there again. The location was super - good beach access. The breakfast was wonderful - juice, eggs, bacon and hash browns and toast. Had to wait awhile to be seated but the food was...

Lots of pluses to this Motel. First being close proximity to beach, casinos, shopping, anything you might need. My queen room was in the back closest to the beach. It was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, although space is pretty tight. Next time I will reserve a King room. The pool area and hot tub were a great...

Thank you for the best place we've stayed in South Lake Tahoe. The grounds were so beautiful with the petunias and other landscaping. The proximately to the lake and attractions allowed us to park the car and walk to all of our chosen destinations. Our room was so clean and well appointed we were able to truly relax and enjoy...

Nice basic hotel. We stayed in the honeymoon suite because the other rooms looked so tiny. The in-room jetted jacuzzi tub was awesome, especially after a long day of playing hard. Water was always hot, so no problems with cold water. We were upstairs away from the pool and restaurant, and so it was fairly quiet back there. The hotel...

This is an ok hotel but the mattresses were awful. I MEAN AWFUL. Out side of that the pool is the highlife of this hotel. It was overpriced and there were homeless drunks sleeping in there car fighting in the parking lot with the large bottle of 1800 on the hood. in short this place sucked. They tout a world...
