I didn’t like this hotel. I was expecting more. There was garbage under the bed. The carpet was stained; the bathroom door was so hard that we had to force the door to close. It was too plain, only 1 frame, it was awkward. The staff was not in any type of uniform, the housekeeper had no name tag, and... More

Older motel, nothing fancy, but CLEAN and pleasant staff and managers. 40" flatscreen TV's with lots of channels---LOVED THAT- and good WIFI. The location is perfect---beach, shopping, restaurants, cafes and ski lifts---all within a few minutes walking distance. The basic microwave, coffee maker fridge in every room. King bed with 4 big pillows. Minimal breakfast , but hey, .....it's all... More

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice and clean too. The pool was very small and empty when we were there, but the lake is only a few blocks away and they give you free beach passes. The wifi didn't work very well. Breakfast was better than most motels at this price; fruit, cereal, doughnuts, tea and coffee.

We found this place on our recent trip to the states through trip advisor. It was $40 a night New Zealand. The room was spacious and warm and the lodge is located right in town so we could walk to the shops, bars etc. The décor is a little dated but for that price who cares. We also got a... More

This is a great deal!! Stayed here at the recommendation from a friend, and I'm glad i listened to him. For the price I paid ...great deal! The place was clean... bathroom, floors. It's not anything high end, so don't expect that. The carpet is old n used up, but it's clean. Room was very clean. Front desk was very... More

Rude Clientele, Staff is also Rude, they even cut down the trees that used to shade the parking lot and add an atmosphere of cuteness. I asked about cutting down the trees, and they said to fill up the pool! A pool in freezing South Lake Tahoe? 2 Months outta the year max.

Needed something quick and not too expensive. This had good reviews and so we decided to give it a try. Great deal for the price. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the price was below all others. The one dislike is the window on the door. It's up high so not a privacy issue but the light... More

We spent one night here recently. It was a good value, even though the bathroom was a little quirky. However, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the staff were friendly. About the only complaint I would have had, and this may not be a problem for others -- our room was close to the office... More

Service is good, breakfast is ok (enough for the morning) and the rooms are clean! The good part is the location (you can walk to nevada, to the restaurants around and, most important, to the slopes). The best part is the price!!! I booked online for 7 days and paid something like 45 bucks per night during ski season (end... More
