As soon as we arrived we were taken by how friendly the staff were. Not only were we able to check in easily despite arriving early, Owen at the desk was very helpful and accommodating! The room had a nice balcony to sit out on. Would go again!

Me and my buddy stayed here for a 3 day snow-trip. Deon at the front desk was very accommodating and was nice enough to upgrade us to the town house, just because he was cool like that. The facility itself is great. Hot-tub is a good add-on for the cold winter. Town-house itself has that nice rustic/loggy feeling (including the...

We checked in on a snow showering evening in May. We were warmly greeted by Patrick, who informed us that our room had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. It was a warm, cozy suite. Patrick was very helpful with the information on where to dine, giving us a coupon for a free appetizer at a nearby Italian restaurant...

We stayed in the Deluxe room, which is the basic room. At $48, that's simply the best value we ever had for an hotel/resort room. The room was cosyand the staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely return there for our next Lake Tahoe trip!

This is an awesome hotel. Very clean, great location, very friendly staff. Deon upgraded me to a King bed mini suite. I will definitely stay here again. Close to the beach and the casinos. Awesome stay! thanks.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding in South Lake Tahoe on a Saturday night. It is a dog friendly place with two levels of floors, rustic "knotty pine" décor, pool & spa. It is simple, no frills, but the room was clean and did not smell musty. I did not bring a dog, but there were some...

My boyfriend and i stayed here two nights about a month ago. We booked the Deluxe King room. We got there after a day of traveling and skiing and were very grumpy. When we went to check in there was a problem with the reservation which had come from our end and so naturally we got frustrated with the problem....

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at 3 Peaks Resort and Beach Club. Both times we have stayed on the left (north side of the complex as you face the front). The first time (over 2 years ago) we had a standard king room on the ground floor and were very satisfied with the cleanliness...

I revived a free up grade to a 1 bedroom sute and I was glad for that as I was told over the phone that the regular rooms did not have microwaves and I did not want to eat out and a lot. The room was very clean although a bit old. Every thing worked and I was very comfortable...

Our room cost $40 which was worth a 5-rating. The mature pine trees are worth a 5-rating. My wife loves a hot tub and we've made it a point to only make reservations at a hotel that has one available. We've stayed at five or six different hotels in South Lake Tahoe as well as Nevada and, hands down, 3...
