Wonderful stay - thank you. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Rooms imaculate, breakfast excellent , plenty choice. Stayed 2 nights as attending wedding at St Andries Park. Our room had little balcony overlooking the garden and could see the welsh ponies at the back of the garden too. Wedding venue walking distance from Cherry Orchard House. lovely walks nearby.

We stayed for a long weekend to cycle round Exmoor and the Quantocks. Very comfortable and well equipped. A nice touch was the basket of foodie essentials left for us. The table top oven worked well but a fitted oven instead of drawers would have been better. Lovely comfy bed ensured good nights sleep. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Would thoroughly recommend this wonderful location for a Somerset break. Set on the edge of the gorgeous Quantocks and perfectly hosted, this extremely well run place will leave you relaxed and refreshed. From the warm welcome, through the spotless stay to the hearty breakfast that’ll set you on your way, we couldn’t fault this establishment.

We stayed in the lodge in the grounds. I am reluctant to say 'very nearly' as I only have a couple of minor (improvement) points to make. Firstly, we were very well greeted and the lodge itself was fantastic. It was ideal for our needs, scrupulously cleaned and they even bought us a few 'necessities' for the fridge including (yes you guessed it) scones and clotted cream. It was quite, comfortable and very well fitted. We had a very comfortable time there using it as our base for walking, exploring and visiting places and family. The improvement points are that there was no wifi signal which was disappointing . A £30 extender could have made all the difference in these modern times so using a laptop/tablet would have been impossible without tethering. The written instructions (which were comprehensive) did give a wifi code but there was no signal on any phone. It said to stand close to the house to get a better signal but (a) who wants to do that and (b) I stood next to the house window and still had no signal. Also, the log cabin was so well equipment, laid out and decorated it was a pity to see all the electric cables in white conduit across the log effect in every room. It would be so much more aesthetic to have had these behind the walls. These slight improvements would make a big difference. Apart from these, this stay was exactly what we wanted.

Our room was lovely with exquisite views, breakfast was amazing, Carole even went out to buy me gluten free bread for breakfast, which could not have been better anywhere else. They both went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even suggesting local places to enjoy good food for dinner, or evening meal. We will be going back to see them. Thank you both so much for an enjoyable stay. They had ducks, peacocks and chickens roaming in the grounds, which we saw when we first looked out of our window in the morning. They sell the duck eggs and honey.
