My husband and I loved this hotel immensely. Lots of character and history. Food was delicious, each day we tried the daily menu. The staff were friendly and we had a great time. A short walk to the town and nice locals. Excellent scenery (breathtaking) views from the garden area. Will be back!

The hotel is so rustic and classic, we are like in the golden era of Jungfrau. the location was ok, surounded by the mountain with nice view in the morning of time lapsing sun shining on the hills.the room is ok just simple bed with Swiss mountain style of furniture. The breakfast is very simple bread with cheese and confiture...

Well i've read the reviews for this hotel and I thought i'd give you my perspective. The hotel is set in a fantastic location, we could see the Eiger from our room. That, to me, gives it 5 stars! but, I'll give you an unbiased review and you can make up your own minds. We stayed for 3 nights during...

Awful and totally over priced. Dirty, needs a refurb, very noisy and the staff did nothing about very rude guests being very noisy after midnight. Full of chineses, and on the balcony below us were 10people sat around a burning saucepan while smoking God knows what! If going up into the mountains, try to stay away from the main town...

Old hotel that needs upgrading. Would not recommend, shabby and dirty. Not worth the price. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly and helpful. Was quite a distance from town but good bus service. Good hotel for the younger crowd, party time on Sat night, was very loud music all night long.

This is a rather old-fashioned (and old) hotel with very basic rooms and amenities (some of the furniture could do with a bit of renovation). But we were staying in one of the rooms that had a balcony overlooking the Jungfrau, which was an absolutely breathtaking view and made our stay worth it. The Wifi was excellent and the staff...

much of an older-style hotel but it wasn't too bad. The rooms were large and basic. Breakfast was ok with a fair selection of cold cuts and breads. The hotel is set in a quiter part of town, around 10-15 minutes walk into the main town. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel taking you everywhere you need...

I stayed here for 3 days during my stay at interlaken and I should say that hotel rooms are pretty old, not very highly maintained as you see in other hotels in switzerland. The staffs are unfriendly and does not entertain much questions...rooms are very very big in size, but washrooms and other bath accessories are not very good in...
