We stayed here over the weekend while we took our little ones to the Lake Mountain Snow slopes. the accommodation was clean and acceptable all-be-it a little out dated and basic. We had the top floor with three double bedrooms, two lounges and a central kitchen. The spar pool on the deck was a real bonus. Summary: clean, basic and...

We traveled here in the midst of winter for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. The bed was luxurious and the kitchenette well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster and microwave oven as well as a sink and BBQ. The room had plenty of seating area and a large TV with patchy reception, but...

Lovely host Jennifer, was a delight to meet. Had lots of info to tell us about where to go and what to see. Lovely community there, with Marysville a short distance away, which was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean and neat, and homely. Spa was warm on a cold morning and relaxing on a frosty night with views...

Would be great for a longer self catering stay especially in snow season. Kitchen had everything you would need. Jennifer was a lovely hostess...

Spending 2 nights at Wombat cottage, we had the smaller of the 3 rooms but certainly not small. It has a large lounge area, then a lovely big bedroom with ensuite and a very large walk in wardrobe, it may not be hotel boutique but its very nice and homely. Breakfast is brought to your room by Jennifer, who is...

Superb accommodation with spa on deck with spectacular views. There are tame Rosellas to feed and included is a delicious cooked breakfast delivered to your door in the morning by the friendly charming host Jennifer. You could not ask for more. Would definitely recommend a visit to Wombat Cottage.
