This is a charming property in a pretty suburb a short ferry ride from the city centre. The rooms are full of character.,with very comfortable beds, crisp linen and well equipped bathrooms. The decanters of port and sherry in our room added to our sense of well being! Delicious breakfasts are served in a beautiful sunny room. Judy offers warm, friendly hospitality...

We appreciate the help Trip Advisor gave us when picking this B & B in Devonport, Auckland. We were not disappointed. After arriving in NZ the day before ,this was the start of our road trip round the country and the Peace and Plenty was the perfect start and a great advert for all that is NZ hospitality. We had...

The Peace & Plenty is a beautiful home sitting across from a lovely park by the waterfront. Judy is a very warm, friendly person. She made me feel like I was being welcomed home. The Room was beautiful (The Victorian Room) with its own bath and balcony. Which we enjoyed in the afternoons with our tea & cookies that are...

I've been staying at the Peace & Plenty Inn for two weeks and I loved it. Judy is a very, very friendly and helpful host and her dog Stanley is just amazing. I've never seen a friendlier dog before in my life. The rooms I've stayed in look beautiful, very comfortable beds, superb bathrooms and everything's as clean as can...

I thought the Peace and Plenty was a very good B&B. The house itself was great, a beautifully restored Victorian. The location was also great. Right across from the Devonport ferry terminal for a 15 minute ride to downtown Auckland. Devonport itself is a very charming suburb, great shops, good food, it was very nice walking around and seeing the...

After two amazing weeks in beautiful New-Zealand, we wanted to spend our last night in Auckland in a nice place just before catching the plane back. The Peace & Plenty Inn was more than a nice place. Although the weather upon arrival was awful, the warm welcome by Judith and her gentle dog Stanley made up for that immediately. We...

The personal service we received was excellent. The owner met us when we arrived at approx 5:00 AM to escort us to our room. We had a minor problem with shower drain but again owner responded quickly and resolved the problem. Breakfast was cooked to order each morning and very well done. Location is great. A short walk from ferry...

We forgot to taste the sherry... Too short was our stay in your aptly named, Victorian era home perched on a hill just opposite Auckland proper. Next time we would like to spend more time with you! The nicely located and well appointed "Peace and Plenty" would be a rather empty shell -like beauty were it not for the hostess,...
