This was our last stop on our honeymoon in New Zealand and I'm so glad we decided to stay at the Peace and Plenty in Devonport. Judy is so great!! So sweet, funny, knowledgable about so much of that area: she gave the greatest insight to help us plan out our couple of days there in the Auckland area. Our...

Sorry, but we only stayed one night. Much too short for this great B&B. Lovely decorated rooms, great breakfast, perfect central location, great host. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here. Many thanks from Gerd & Margot from Bavaria, Germany.

Just after our arrival in NZ, Peace an Plenty Inn was such a wonderful place to feel at home within minutes. Beautiful location, nice people around and – best of all – the friendliness of Judy and her staff, who run the house in a perfect matter.

My wife and I enjoyed a 3 day visit to the Peace and Plenty B & B for our final nights in New Zealand. Excellent accommodation, service and location that provide an appropriate conclusion to a lovely vacation DownUnder. Highly recommended. Thanks Judith for sharing your home & your hospitality. My son and I had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Peace & Plenty Inn which has a wonderful location just a few minutes ferry ride from Auckland. Judy was the perfect hostess and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were superb and our room was large, comfortable and full of charm....

This wonderful B&B is actually across the harbour from Auckland, in Devonport. This small, quiet town is an oasis of calm, but is only 20 minutes from downdown Auckland by frequent and punctual ferries. The B&B is three easy blocks from the ferry terminal - easy walking even with luggage. Better still, it is only one-half block from the centre...

We stayed at the Peace and Plenty Inn for 2 nights when we arrived in Auckland and felt we had made a wise choice for the start of our month in New Zealand. If you want a peaceful break in a lovely location Devonport is ideal. Peace and Plenty is a lovely old property filled with antique French furniture. Our...

Peace & Plenty is a charming inn located in Devonport, a short ferry ride from the Auckland harbor. Judy, the proprietor, does a wonderful job of taking care of her guests, providing comfortable rooms filled with interesting touches and serving an excellent breakfast in the morning. She shows great sensitivity to travelers, providing privacy, yet also helping them enjoy the...

We loved Peace and Plenty Bed and Breakfast! It is a beautiful old home, outstanding gardens. Clean, elegant yet warm and welcoming. Breakfasts to die for! Judy, the owner, was so gracious to let us check in early in the day (as we had flown all night and arrived NZ at 6 AM). We had a problem with our itinerary...

After all the rave reviews I was looking forward to my two night stay at the Peace and Plenty Inn in December 2008. What a disappointment! The room was pretty but the "en-suite" was tiny - the lavatory seat was broken and there were hairs in the shower. I complained about the seat and it was adjusted but not replaced...

Dear Mrs Warnock, I was very disappointed to read your review and would like to clarify some of the comments you have made. Firstly, regarding the toilet seat. It was not broken. The screw holding the seat to the toilet had become loose. Hence why it was only adjusted and not replaced. I would also like to defend my staff....
