I stayed here for 5 nights in October with my husband and 15 month old. We booked a 2BR apartment, which was nice enough for the price. The lounge was pretty uncomfortable. Location was good. Parking was expensive.

Checked in online and sounded and looked good for an expensive price. However was disappointed in the soiled couch, lack of air conditioning and single small mirror in the bathroom. The TV was tiny, the size of a computer screen, and both couches were very uncomfortable. The bedrooms were very small and had night tables built into the wall, which...

Hotel is located in CBD. Room is good, got washing machine, small kitchen. The lift and hallways are so noisy. Hotel have no car park you should park at public car park round the corner that expensive.

Overall the property offers clean, tidy, if not aged accommodations. Location is great, short walk to harbour, restaurants and a plethora of night clubs. One negative is that it is expensive, for what it is. There is no restaurant/bar attached, very little in the way of normal front desk services, other than check in/out and maybe order a cab, so...

First the good things...location and view (if on upper floors). Some staff are very friendly, some hardly even bother to greet you and should maybe think about not being in the hospitality industry if they can't be polite to their customers. Good basic rooms - nothing flash and was good to have a washing machine and dryer to use. The...

Harbour oaks is located in the centre of everything. If you're a coffee lover, you'll be amazed, there's coffee shops just around every corner. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, in order to get into the hotel you need a key card which makes you feel safe that not just anyone can walk in. They have a pool and...

We booked and paid for this online. If we hadn't prepaid we would not have stayed. The room is advertised as a two bedroom superior apartment. Superior indicates better than. Better than what!! I didn't think it represented value for money at all. Room was pokey and small. Walls were marked and dirty. Everything seemed grimy from the entrance way...

Stayed here for a couple days and impressed most with the view, we were on 33rd floor and the entire city and harbour view. Great spot for heading out on foot and enjoying city. Pool is out door and a good size, gym pretty big with lots of fresh air ventilation.
