Its location earns praise for its convenience to the airport and local dining, despite some accessibility issues with the nearby sky train. Loved the hotel. The Westin may become our Vancouver (Richmond) hotel of choice.

Convenient location, quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff, parking...

The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport - the first exit over the bridge. It's a short walk to an area of shops and restaurants (try Pho 37 and Cantonese BBQ) and a slightly longer walk to Aberdeen (train, station, Tim Hortons). There's a Starbuck's nearby as well. It's a quiet area and there is zero external noise (no planes, e.g.) or internal noise. Indoor self-parking is available and there are two routes into Vancouver nearby. It took us about 15 minutes to drive to QE Park, e.g.

The rooms were a good size and very clean, comfortable. There is a coffee maker and fridge in the rooms, no microwave. WiFi worked very well in our rooms. There are nice views to the surrounding area (mostly residential buildings). Room service was excellent and the front desk staff were helpful and kind. AC worked very well. We were a family of four and they gave us nice connected rooms.

There is a small restaurant at the hotel. We didn't do the breakfast deal. The pool is small, indoors, with a nice view and there is a good exercise room as well. They put out apples everyday while we were there. Elevators were quick.

The only downside is the cost. The Westin Wall is one of the more pricy hotels in the area, but we thought it was totally worth it.

I’d just like to advise you of the outstanding service my wife and I received from your hotel a few days ago. I had inadvertently erred in the arrival date when I booked our room some months ago. In addition, as a result of travel delays, we arrived at the hotel at 5 am, dog tired.

Your front desk staff found us a room and made sure we were able to check out late, to allow us sufficient sleep to carry on the following afternoon. In particular, your front desk employee, Stephanie, looked after sorting out the issues and arranging a solution to our predicament.

On behalf of both my wife and I, please pass on our appreciation to Stephanie---she is a great asset to your business and I hope you value her commitment and service mindset as much as do we.

It is an honor to be in beautiful Vancouver during the Maple Leaf Crimson Season and especially a pleasure to stay at the Westinwall Centre Vancouver Airport Hotel. Your hotel is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from the airport and is conveniently accessible with a free shuttle transfer. Nearby is Richmond's core, with a number of Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets, and no worries about eating or drinking. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are of good quality and comfortable, and free mineral water is provided daily. The hotel's apron restaurant has more West Coast cuisine. As a Marriott member, enjoy free wireless Internet access; as a hotel guest, receive warm tips and cordial greetings from the hotel at every step. In short, during our stay, whether it was the receptionist in the front room, the room attendant, the shuttle driver, the baggage man, or the waiter in the restaurant, all were warm and courteous, the service was attentive, especially with a lot of help and special care from the manager of the front room Dinh, which made our stay here 6 days and 5 nights unforgettable. So, not only did you choose to stay at the Westinwall Centre Vancouver Airport next time you were in Vancouver, but you would love to Recommendation this Richmond hotel for great value for money.

The staff here is truly amazing. They are so attentative, and compassionate. I was staying there due to a family emergency and their performance and attention to detail really made my trip much easier. Lisa, Min, and Alex really know the fine art of customer service. I would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.

After our Victoria stay, we ferried to Vancouver for a 1 night stay at the Westin. Overall, pretty disappointed with the hotel experience

I guess the pre-stay experience was a harbinger of things, as my inquiry about a possible room upgrade was met with indifference by the front desk. I do know from previous reviewers that the hotel has limited suite inventory, and upgrades are generally harder to come by; but still didn't expect the handling to be the way it was!

Not sure if it's because this location still serves as a quarantine hotel, but a couple of our routine requests were not completed when we phoned front desk. Also, we didn't find the room to be as clean as expected when we checked in (dust on the phone and nightstand area), no extra towels in the bathroom (even though we requested in advance via the app); and the bed sheet had some stains that were not completely removed

While the hard product was fine, there's definitely lots of room for improvement here, and hotel management should take a closer look at staff training

I stayed in this property for the first time while attending an event in the airport area.
The hotel is fairly new, part of a new development in the Richmond area.
It is probably the second-closest hotel to the airport. It literally took 3 minutes from the terminal.
The common areas are very modern with good spaces to sit.
The in-site restaurant is a bit small but it never felt crowded.
Check in and check out were a breeze.
The rooms are excellent with a great bed and pillows. Bathroom is modern and it has both a shower and a bathtub. Good noise control. I could see planes landing almost across the street without hearing them!
Two minor things to be aware of but not enough to take off points: the shuttle only runs until 9:30 PM. Vancouver has many late flights and this really is not a great cutoff time for this kind of service.
The second is that the hotel still keep the covid-era policy of no cleaning rooms unless requested. It was convenient that it was offered to me at check in but this is the one thing many hotels have not ridden off from Covid times and it is plain annoying.

This property is beautiful! From my arrival in the lobby to the room I felt modernity and elegance!
I hadn’t slept in 24 hours when I arrived and the check in process was seamless! Even though I arrived tired, I was so appreciative to the gentleman at the front desk. The room was very beautiful, the bathroom was glamorous with marble fixtures, a bathtub, and a separate shower. I ordered room service and was very happy with the chicken wings. The view was gorgeous! I could see the planes landing at Vancouver international airport. At the time of my stay there was not a shuttle to the airport, however, I was provided with A voucher for a cab. The same gentleman at the front desk arranged the cab! I will definitely stay here again, now that I’m in my 30s I understand how stress-free an airport hotel can make travel!

After a harrowing day of cancelled flights, a last ditch effort to catch ferry from the island, we booked a room here to fly out the next day. From the moment our cab arrived, we were welcomed by a smiling Jonus at the front, helped in with our luggage, and he recommended an amazing dinner at the restaurant. The waitress there was extremely friendly, knew the menu and recommended a few tasty cocktails. What a nice way to be received! Would definitely recommend this hotel as vacation starter, and when you do go, give Jonus a big hello from us!

We arrived in Vancouver for our stay at the Westin around 9:45pm. We had booked 1 night for our final stay in Canada before making the long journey home to Australia after 6 weeks. Unfortunately we discovered our flight home had been delayed and we would remain
in Vancouver another night.
Tired, frustrated and hungry we left our bags with reception to grab a bite and find out what was happening.
After finishing our light meal we discovered that our bags had been sent up to our room. Delightful. We then asked if there was any chance of another nights stay. We did not want to take a chance that the Airline would sort our accommodation. ( unluckily as they were hopeless )
The Westin not only had a room for us but as Marriot Bonvoy members we were offered a discounted rate.
They also had a courtesy Airport Shuttle ( 20 minute journey ) that ran every half hour.
We were very grateful for their assistance under trying circumstances.
Our room was large and offered a lovely bathroom with separate bath and shower with my favourite amenities, an illuminated makeup mirror. Very comfort rd and pillows too.
Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasant hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport which we used to get to the Skytrain to the cruise port, which was very easy. The one odd thing was there was no soda machine in the hotel...very strange. You could buy a can of soda in the bar for the ridiculous price of $7! Buy your own before you get there. Also, no coffee in the lobby, which seems like for the price of the hotel, it should be made available.

We didn’t hear any noise at all. Make sure to ask a room facing away from the airport and the No. 3 road. They also provide you with complementary ear pugs.
