We stayed here the night before we flew out and left our vehicle while we were gone. Very clean hotel, beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the am was good and easy to take the shuttle to YVR. Coming back we just had to wait 10 mins for the shuttle but it was snowing and 12:30 in the morning.

An overnight stay to catch a flight the next day. The hotel is near major highways and easy to get to. It is across the street from Costco and there are some decent restaurants in easy walking distance. A bit further ( 10 - 15 minute walk ) is the Sky Train station and the River Rock Casino. For those...

This is close to the airport, it was being renovated during my stay. I wasn't too impressed with the room as I booked a non smoking room however it looked like it used to be a smoking room before as you could get the smell. Generally it was clean however bathtub doesn't seem to drain the water quick enough as...

WasamthaA - Our lower public areas are currently being prepared to receive new wall vinyl and floor tile. This process is on schedule to be completed on or before March 15, 2017. Our guest floors are free of these visual distractions and will not impact the quality of the guest room stay. Our Guest Service Team is still able to...

Had a last minute stay at this hotel due to our Air bnb host cancelling at the last minute and all of the hotels downtown selling out. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful. Also, this hotel is within walking distance to the Bridgeport skytrain terminal which can easily take you to other areas of the city. If I...

Our flight was turned around upon landing and returned to Vancouver. The HI was the best price and a quick shuttle away. Staff was nice and helpful. Lobby was under construction. Breakfast was available early and good

Stayed here for its proximity to the airport. The Metro train station is only a 5 minute walk away, so easy access to the rest of Vancouver, if you have the time and inclination. Typical HI Express, which is to say I appreciate consistency and reliability in the room, amenities, and breakfast. All were up to standard and appreciated the...

The hotel is close to the Vancouver Airport, shuttle to the airport, relaxing stay for a restful sleep before or after a busy scheduled flight. Close to find a place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. This one was kinda old, but reliable. I think it was good, for its reasonable price. I enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed two days, and the variety of breakfast changed a bit each day. They offered fresh fruits, apples and bananas. I liked that the coffee, tea, hot water was available...

Dear MapleLeafGirl123, Thank you for writing a very detailed review about your stay at our hotel. I am very happy to hear that from the location, staff service, food selection, and facilities, we made your stay that much more pleasant. On the other hand, I am very sorry for the shortcomings, particularly with the bathroom amenities. This experience has been...

Stranded in Vancouver during a snow storm and ended up here. Typical HI Express but had renos underway in breakfast area so a bit of a mess. Helpful staff. If you don't have a vehicle be advised that dining options are limited and will require a cab - that's a big one for me. For that reason alone I don't...

I booked one night at the Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport Hotel as I was in town for two meetings. I am a Platinum IHG Rewards Club Member. Upon arrival at YVR I called the hotel for a shuttle. They clearly explained where it picks up from and that it runs twice an hour. It was easy to find and...
