HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Shuttle from airport runs every half hour and only had to wait 5 minutes for next shuttle to arrive. Check in was super fast, professional and friendly. Room I chose was to the back of property and was very quiet. Heating system worked perfectly heating the room nice and toasty in a few minutes. Beds and bedding clean and comfortable....

old but cosy, near the airport but far from the city center so if you just p lan to stay over and go to a local chinese restaurant your safe but the city center itself is far. the hotel is cosy and friendly.

The hotel was old, warn and dated. There was a sign that said that the hotel was undergoing renovations so perhaps it will be nicer in the future. The breakfast was an added bonus but I would have preferred quality over quantity and healthier, full grain and freshly baked products rather than lots of grocery store products.

We had a quick overnight in Vancouver. The wait to be picked up at the airport at midnight was minimal. The same is true about returning to the airport in the morning. Very nice shuttle drivers. Typical Hampton breakfast - which we fine perfectly satisfying. We had a double-bed room. They are smaller than a queen bed, FYI.

My reservation was lost in an app glitch. The reception staff were able to find a room and contact me via phone. It was a long drive from the states and we appreciate and relieved we were able to get a room here. Favorite hotel in Vancouver!

Hotel is being renovated but current state of rooms is poor. Terrible beds, sticky carpet, outdated 90s furniture in small rooms. Would not recommend for a paid stay let alone use of points. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in an older building with very small rooms and very small bathrooms, with no sound barrier to the outside traffic noises (street and air traffic). Furniture is jammed into the rooms; the beds are small and hard as a rock. The Hamptons chain is better than this. The hotel is currently under renovation, so maybe they are...

The HVAC system was terrible. Every 90 minutes you're either sweating or freezing. The good news? The terrible parking and sketchy area will keep you up as well, so who really cares. Good dinner down the street at The Boathouse.
