The location and the included budget breakfast are the best features of this hotel. Its a couple blocks away from the train station and one block away from the mall and has a few nearby restaurants. It offers airport shuttle services, making it a great choice for anyone that needs a airport hotel at a budget price. The rooms are outdated though, the A/C is a box fan from the 50s and the bathroom light was flickering like out of a horror movie, so maybe fix that? Staff was friendly and helpful and was able to accommodate my last minute requests.

We stayed here one night when our flight returned to Vancouver about 1:30 in the morning. Front desk was present and cheerful and very quick to check us in and get us to our room. Room was cozy and bed comfy. Very clean, not too fancy room but it was very affordable. In the morning we came down to the continental breakfast of coffee, scrambled eggs, toast, and ham and a muffin to go as we needed to catch our connecting flight. Breakfast area was a bit small but we did not have to wait, attendant was cleaning tables as soon as someone left to make room for the next ppl. She was very helpful bringing our toast as soon as it was done and giving us to go bags for muffins. Breakfast was hot and good. There was a shuttle, however after opting in to eat we decided to go by cab which only cost a little over $10 to get us to south terminal. It was waiting for us as soon as we were done our meal.
Btw…the muffins were delicious!
Will definitely stay here again!!

I spent a night here before an early morning flight out of the Vancouver Airport. I will admit I missed the turn in for this place and drove by it because it sneaks up on you. There is free parking for guests here, it's underground however so if you have a large truck like mine they give you a pass that let's you park at the back of the building without getting towed. The room itself was very good for what I was looking for, which was somewhere to get several hours of restful sleep before having to get up early. They also have nice fast WiFi, and there was a nice view from the room. The rate for one night was quite reasonable for somewhere so close to the hotel.

The hotel room I stayed in was not clean at all! There was feminine hygiene wipes on the floor beside the bed among other things that were used. The wallpaper was peeling and dirty, the light switches in the bathroom had grime embedded in the switches and rust on the fixtures. There were wipe marks on the headboard from cleaning that looked like the dirt had just been moved around and some pretty nasty stains on the carpet. The worst was when I went to sleep and pulled the blanket up under my chin and smelled something bad. I pulled it up higher and something flicked off the comforter and landed on my lip...when I turned the light on it looked like dead skin or a booger. The comforter between the sheets was all yellow and stained and smelled of mildew and mold...it was disgusting! In addition, when I asked about the fitness facility I was told it was closed. When I asked when it would open they said they did not know because some of the machines were broken. If I could give zero stars I would.

This was a family trip to the mainland for our sons athletic event competition. We looked for hotels close to the event but found some lacking certain things while others were overpriced for value. We found the Ramada to surprise us both on value, amenities, location and the full hot free breakfast was a definite plus we were not expecting at this price point.

Very poor experience. Booked a night at this hotel back in April for a stay in July as I'll be traveling from out of province. Received an email late last week informing me that the reservation was canceled due to the hotel closure (I initially thought it was spam as my name was spelled incorrectly). Contacted the customer care phone number provided in the email this past Saturday who confirmed that reservations for that location were cancelled, though details were vague. The agent offered to put me through to the reservation line in order to book a new room but informed me that any additional costs for booking would be mine to pay as the customer. I booked a new reservation as I needed somewhere to stay, however for the similiar price point it is now 30+ minutes away from the airport which again will be at my cost. The agent offered me the name of a car rental service or suggested an Uber. The agent also (unbeknownst to me) corrected my name in their system to an incorrect spelling and incorrect email, so I spent another 40 minutes on Saturday with 3+ agents to track down the reservation email and to correct the spelling of my name at the new hotel. By far a less than pleasant experience and I would not book again.

I have since canceled my reservation with Ramada outright and booked with another chain due to this disappointing, frustrating experience.

I was on a business trip and was unable to get a room with the rest of my team at the Executive Hotel across the street. I was happy to get a room at Ramada at a discounted rate and it was perfectly comfortable and convenient, I did not feel like I missed out on anything by not being at the Executive with my colleagues. I would definitely stay again. My only issue was the heater in the room gave off bad fumes but luckily it wasn't cold without the heat on.

Really poor experience.
The hotel is located in Richmond which itself is not a decent place to stay. The hotel looks old and dingy. Internet is weak. Most importantly, for breakfast they gave curd and nutribars, while during booking it was mentioned hot breakfast. Staff was arrogant. Would not recommend anyone for a stay here

They were unbelievably helpful when my other hotel lost my reservation and had no room for me… I will continue to stay at this Ramada when flying in and out of the Vancouver Airport. They certainly made me feel welcome and even though I was flying out early they said they would have breakfast available for me if I wanted it.. thank you

The guestrooms are clean & updated. Hallways showing their age. Great breakfast & friendly service. Watch out taking a shower. The tubs are super slippery and no bathmat (I fell) however if you ask the front desk, they will provide one.

Hi Vipul, Yes! You are able to get a free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. At the airport after you arrive, you can approach one of those "green vest" staff members to guide you where you can meet the shuttle. Shuttle service from the hotel is available daily from 5am-11pm and usually is best to contact the hotel to ensure you and those accompanying you to confirm this. The great benefit staying at this location is you're within 8-15 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic conditions.

The best description of the aiport's shuttle stop is, it's in the basement because that's the way it feels when you finally find the dingy little space below the domestic terminal level. There is a free phone just inside the door where you can dial one of the listed hotels on the adjacent directory. The desk can give you a approximate time of arrival for the next shuttle or initiate it if it is currently idle. If you decide not call you need to be alert to see them coming and quick to hail them down because if there is congestion, which is a frequent occurrence, the shuttles just pause briefly then move on.
