We booked an AMA rate and were very pleased with this hotel. Very good value. The airport shuttle and breakfast were satisfactory. Canadian Brewhouse a 5 minute walk away so we had dinner there. The front desk also said Nandos close too.

The hotel staff are very accommodating and they will store luggage during one day, like if you have a late flight and want to store your luggage after you check out. However, if you want to store your luggage longer than one day, you should contact them directly and ask. If you contact them on their web site, they will answer.

Is parking available at the hotel
Yes you are allotted one space and given a slip to be placed on your dash of your car with the dates staying. Limited covered parking and a lots of uncovered. It is well lite.

How much for a taxi to your hotel?
They have a free pick up service from the airport and in reverse back to the airport, which runs from 4 AM to 11 PM and if you come in later you call them, as thee is a phone just before you go outside to catch the shuttle on the lower level and you can get a Taxi that they will pay for when you arrive at the hotel.

Where is the shuttle service located at Yvr airport ? Do they have a schedule ?
There is a central location for curtesy shuttles at the airport. You have to call the hotel once you are ready for pickup and ask for a shuttle pickup. They say it takes up to 20 minutes. In my case the shuttle was nearby and it was a shorter wait.
